29/03/2026: I stayed at the Hotel del Lago in Sila and had a truly pleasant experience. The property is in an enchanting location, ideal for families, surrounded by nature and overlooking a picturesque lake that offers relaxing views at any time of day. The rooms are welcoming, clean, and well-maintained, equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet and tranquility of the location make this hotel ideal for those who want to unwind and recharge. The staff was friendly and helpful; Simone is always ready to satisfy every request with professionalism and courtesy. Compliments to the chef, Simone's wife, whom we didn't meet but who treated us to excellent dishes. The breakfast was also excellent, varied and made with quality products, perfect for starting the day with energy. I highly recommend this hotel for both a romantic getaway and a relaxing holiday in the splendid setting of Sila. I will definitely be back!

30/03/2026: Excellent and very nice place, the staff is also happy to adjust the menu based on personal preferences. We were very satisfied with the lunch, and the prices were average, not excessive at all.

28/02/2026: Beautiful restaurant, with plenty of space outside as well. The staff is very friendly, fast, and attentive to all requests. The dishes are truly excellent, made with locally sourced ingredients. The appetizers are plentiful, ranging from traditional Sila cuisine. The subsequent courses are a wide selection... all delicious. I recommend it 100%; five stars is too few for this Calabrian gem!

18/03/2026: Only two items in the menu. Fried calzone and pizza margherita slice. Very good tiny pizza while calzone is excellent, the touch of hot spicy tomato is brilliant.

11/03/2026: It's been years since I've been to Pizzeria Romana. Everything has remained the same, obviously with aesthetic updates to the place with improvements. As for the pizza, it's excellent as always with the taste I remembered, and with the legendary phrase from the person who serves you "shall I fold it for you?". I highly recommend anyone visiting Crotone to stop by. Oh, I forgot, the price of the pizza is still moderate at €1.50 a piece.

27/12/2025: It sucks, things take forever to arrive but it's possible to have a portion of chips in 30 minutes and they're not even good, the insides need to be redone and then it's really small.

02/03/2026: One of the best restaurants we've had the pleasure of dining at. The seafood menu is top-quality, exquisitely prepared. Each dish is explained in detail, from the ingredients and cooking method, and the presentation is refined and inviting. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, rustic with very unique details. The service is excellent. I highly recommend it! The quality/price ratio is above average.

Beautiful olive trees surround a very well-maintained pool, and then, the star ingredient: the kindness of the owners and staff, who make you feel welcomed and pampered... and finally, the truly delicious and authentic food! A precious pearl that brings the essence of Calabria to those who, like us, return home!

06/03/2026: I discovered this pizzeria a few years ago on the recommendation of friends, and it was truly a wonderful discovery. Don't expect to enter a super-luxury place; here you enter and breathe in the nostalgic '80s; it's like stepping back in time. 🤩 Every time I pass through Cirò, I stop by. I won't tell you that the pizza is excellent, made with quality ingredients and a well-leavened dough—that would be superfluous—but I will emphasize the fact that the pizza is easy to digest, and above all, after several hours, you don't get that ravenous thirst that comes with an overly salty dough. Highly recommended 😉

12/02/2026: A welcoming and warm place. The friendly and polite staff made us feel very welcome. Various appetizers, including cod fritters, stewed cuttlefish, calamari bruschetta, tuna with sweet and sour onions, and much more... but above all, abundant and excellent quality. We didn't get to try the first courses because we opted for the fried calamari... which was also spectacular! We'll definitely be back!

01/11/2025: ...it's more than a hotel, it's also a museum where a computer scientist finds himself in his own world. I regret the lack of beach bungalows, which adds to the unique experience. The food is also excellent; I suggest improving the breakfast selection, even though it's still plentiful. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.

13/04/2026: I stayed at this property during the Easter holidays, and it was excellent in every way. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, it's ideal for those seeking tranquility. This doesn't mean it lacks amenities, as Cirò Marina is literally a minute's drive away. The rooms are very clean and recently renovated, comfortable and welcoming, with large balconies overlooking the property's large garden. The owners are super kind and helpful. I texted them (while I was there) at 1 a.m. and they responded within minutes.

07/04/2026: A magical place located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Casale degli Ulivi is the perfect place to spend some relaxing time. Super clean rooms, exceptional staff. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back.
