11/08/2026: We discovered this place by chance, but it's highly recommended. Maurizio, the owner, gave us excellent advice: the appetizer was delicious and plentiful (it's hard to choose a favorite, but the peppers and beans were fantastic). The roasted porcini mushrooms and porcini carpaccio were absolutely worth trying. The portions were generous. The bill was absolutely fair. We hope to return soon.
10/08/2026: I just left this beautiful restaurant, in the heart of the Sila. I must say that the ambiance and the dishes are meticulously crafted. A rather rare find in this area. The professionalism, smile, and kindness of the young chef Maurizio, who carefully presents the dishes and carefully explains the individual compositions, make this restaurant even more appealing. Congratulations!

Beautiful olive trees surround a very well-maintained pool, and then, the star ingredient: the kindness of the owners and staff, who make you feel welcomed and pampered... and finally, the truly delicious and authentic food!
A precious pearl that brings the essence of Calabria to those who, like us, return home!

21/08/2026: A very positive experience. We arrived late in the evening, and despite the hour, they welcomed us without any problems and fed our entire family of five, including three little girls.
The owner was truly welcoming and helpful, as were all the staff, who were kind and professional. The food was excellent, with generous portions and a truly excellent value.
We have nothing to say other than compliments to everyone. A restaurant that deserves it, and we definitely recommend it!

03/09/2025: This is my must-try every time I'm in Savelli. The owner is friendly and always offers the best recommendations. The menu is typical of the Sila area, with a generous appetizer that changes daily and a variety of courses, catering for all tastes, from cured meats and cheeses to vegetables prepared in various ways. The first courses are delicious. The wine list is extensive, with many typical Calabrian wines. A must-try if you're in Savelli. Excellent prices, around €30 per person, including Pizzo truffles. Reservations are recommended. See you next time, Peppe.

13/04/2026: I stayed at this property during the Easter holidays, and it was excellent in every way.
Located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, it's ideal for those seeking tranquility. This doesn't mean it's lacking in amenities, as Cirò Marina is literally a minute's drive away.
The rooms are very clean and recently renovated, comfortable and welcoming, with large balconies overlooking the property's large garden.
The owners are super kind and helpful. I texted them (while I was there) at 1 a.m. and they responded within minutes.
07/04/2026: A magical place located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Casale degli Ulivi is the perfect place to spend some relaxing time.
Super clean rooms, exceptional staff.
I highly recommend this place.
I will definitely be back.
