30/08/2025: The food was all delicious and presented like a Michelin-starred restaurant. The desserts deserve a special mention, as they were top-notch. The service could be improved (the staff were a bit stiff), but I'd still give this place 5 stars, considering how young it is. Congratulations!
28/08/2025: Silvia and Massimo welcomed us with great kindness and treated us to delicious dishes. The fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and truffles was truly excellent, and the beef tartare with truffles and burrata was breathtaking. All this in a completely sustainable environment, with self-generated energy and water straight from the source (and delicious). From now on, it will be a must-visit every time we return to Pollino.

12/08/2025: We happened upon it by chance, we ate a large and delicious Calabrian starter, an exceptional seafood starter and a very good pizza, two beers, we spent the right amount, very satisfied, I will certainly return, it is worth it
