08/12/2024: At the last minute we looked for a nice place to eat something different at midday. Among the first possibilities appeared "gennarino". I have to say it was a great choice. Good and well cooked fish. So we avoided the usual pizza and/or sandwich.

09/11/2024: Pranzo domenicale in famiglia. Un po’ di attesa per i piatti nonostante non ci fosse molta gente. Ho preso una tartare che però e’ stata denominata dadolata (e così era) molto buona; gnocchi alla marinara buoni e la grigliata mista nella media ma segnalo che nei gamberi non era stato levato l’intestino. Altra pecca oltre ai gamberi puliti poco (e di cui allego foto), e’ il servizio: abbiamo dovuto richiedere più volte il seggiolone e alla fine il cameriere più anziano ce l’ha lasciato vicino al tavolo, ne’ avvicinandolo al bambino al quale serviva, ne’ premurandosi di levare la sedia che veniva sostituita dal seggiolino (agganciato a sua volta già ad un’altra sedia). Per il resto, titolari cordiali e il ragazzo brasiliano molto gentile e disponibile.

31/12/2024: The real village trattoria, in the historic center of Rossano: hospitality, typical dishes of the area, quality of the products used. Characteristic place, small and welcoming, very friendly owner, excellent value for money. You can't ask for more!

03/09/2024: Centrally located in the city, this Trattoria and Pizzeria, with a capital letter, offers a menu that varies based on the products available according to the season, therefore everything is fresh. Maybe you have to wait a short while for good reasons though: everything is prepared on the spot! So what better to expect? Everything fresh, freshly cooked and finally even the portions to say that they are truly "generous" is an understatement! Considering that we often come on holiday to Calabria, and to this part of Calabria, we will certainly return to the "Tana del gusto" to taste other dishes that honor the name of the place since they will certainly be as "tasty" as the ones we chose tonight. 28/08/2024: Beautiful experience to be repeated for sure, the estate is a spectacle and the exposure is very beautiful... fantastic swimming pool, if you need to unplug you're in the right place, the owners are wonderful people, available and ready to give advice🥰 abundant breakfast, more on that table...

11/08/2024: First of all, thanks to the owners, two very kind and helpful people. The location is beautiful, it feels like a place from another time, complete with bathroom and air conditioning. 5 days spent in complete relaxation, excellent breakfast with the lady and all the extremely helpful staff. Complete autonomy to go out by car at any time, the owner provided us with room keys and gate remote control as soon as we arrived. The restaurant attached to the structure is also excellent, a sincere compliment to the Chef. We will certainly return also because the city of Rossano Corigliano deserves to be visited, with its very long seafront promenades, the Portofino square and the magnificent ducal castle. 26/10/2024: Nice, quiet, very small place, right by the sea. Standard: absolutely southern Italian. Anyone who can cope with extremely simple sanitary facilities (one women's and one men's toilet, 1 shower for everyone) and, like us, can simply ignore all the clutter on the entire site will feel really comfortable. A word about the prices of the kitchen, which some previous speakers have already criticized (a restaurant would be saying too much, because, at least now in the off-season, there is always a menu in a wooden barrack, which is often eaten at the next table by the family and employees will): We like to eat out a lot on our trips and we're really not stingy when it comes to that. But for 2 people every day almost 95 € for pasta, a main course with three small plates of Cotorni (which are simply put there, even if you have explicitly only ordered a salad and which are then charged at 5 € per plate) and your “own” Adding wine (from a bottle without a label) is just too much for us. The quality of the food is very good, but we got the same quality locally with a much better price/performance ratio. All the campers on the site were excited about this - no matter which country they came from!!! What was interesting was that the Italian guests only ate there once or not at all. We therefore consider this pricing policy to be counterproductive. You also have to take into account that you are not eating in a restaurant, but on a farm where your own products are processed without intermediaries!!! If the guests were offered a small menu with a little house wine for 25 euros per person, most of them would certainly be willing to eat there much more often, we would definitely eat there at least every other day!!! It's a shame, this is a missed opportunity to tie the guests to the pitch.

04/01/2025: It's a place I've been going to for a long time. You can also eat very well traditional Calabrian dishes. Then the pizza is excellent, so much so that in addition to eating it on the spot, I often get it to take away. The owner as well as his wife are very kind people and available to answer any questions about the foods to consume. Highly recommended.

27/08/2024: The place is nice, it has outdoor tables, it's a shame about the parking, maybe we got there on a NO day, there was a concert with our country cousins ​​and we couldn't even park, they have a small car park and we managed to have dinner, oh well let's move on!!! we took two focaccias, the dough was very good, the products used for the seasoning also, mozzarella, tomatoes, raw and cooked, the latter was ham not shoulder!! the service leaves a little to be desired, for goodness sake kindly people, to too many kids who get lost in chatting with their friends at the tables!! the owner was kind, but as said at the beginning of the review it was a NO day... the country cousins ​​were having dinner there, the poor thing was delirious, the people didn't show up rule!! in my opinion it is worth trying I have seen very interesting fish dishes!!! try it
