15/06/2025: We arrived following the reviews Welcomed by the owner with friendly verve Recommended for appetizers. Very good the swordfish marinated in coffee. Excellent the tuna with caramelized onions. Good the parmigiana. Spaghetti with clams that would have deserved a 10 if there had been clams (separated and white horns). But still excellent 9. Very good spaghetti with mussels and pistachio. Excellent the lightly seared tuna. For the wine we chose iOS a pure pecoral of russo and longo 2 bottles.. Excellent dinner in a beautiful location To return immediately. We paid about 50 euros per person

12/05/2025: In an enchanting corner of Tortora, the Tartufo di Mare restaurant enchanted us with a memorable lunch on the occasion of Mother's Day. Salvatore, kind host and cooking artist, accompanied us on a journey of refined and sincere taste, where each dish told a story of the sea, passion and excellent raw materials. The welcoming atmosphere, the attention to every detail and the authentic attention towards the guest make this place a small oasis of pleasure. An experience that remains in the heart. To live and relive.

08/09/2025: I've been there several times and it's always a pleasure. The place is welcoming, the food is good, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The staff is always courteous and smiling, making you feel at home. The seafood dishes are fresh and carefully prepared. A genuine place you'll gladly return to.

07/09/2025: We stopped at this place on our way to the beach for a quick bite to eat: two sandwiches and a small mozzarella and prosciutto appetizer. Having seen the words FAST FOOD on the sign, especially the word Fast, which means quick, we thought we'd have a quick meal and then head to the beach. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, because the service was anything but prompt; in fact, it was a slow agony!!! As we entered the payment area, we wanted to order right there to save time, and then sit at the table on the outdoor veranda. The owner, I believe, a woman in her late 70s, instead of taking our order, sent us to the table to place it there and would have sent a waiter to take it for us. There were two staff members serving tables and taking orders: a woman in her late 60s and a bald man also in the same age range. They were going back and forth for miles and miles. From there, we realized we'd landed in a place that was, to say the least, difficult, because they didn't have enough staff for the service they were supposed to provide. There were about 12 or 13 people on the outdoor veranda, including two tables, and they'd already been waiting a long time without receiving anything, and people, of course, had started complaining, even threatening to leave without eating. My wife and I met the same inexorable fate: after waiting at least 20 or 25 minutes to order, we waited another 55 minutes before we were served our first dishes. We had opted for two sandwiches with hamburgers, fries, mozzarella, and salad, and a ham and mozzarella appetizer, which would have taken a maximum of 5 minutes to prepare. Another 55 minutes later, the sandwiches we'd ordered arrived, and just after about 10 minutes, which weren't even that great at €7.50 each, plus two surcharges for a total of €2 for fries, mozzarella, and salad, plus a €3 cover charge—the so-called nonexistent service. So, already pissed off enough about the terrible service, an hour and 15 minutes to eat something, when we went to pay the bill, they even charged us €30.50. A REAL SHAME!!!! Not even an apology for the terrible service, not to mention the steep bill. So I advise you not to eat there because they're not honest at all, nor respectful, and on top of that, they don't even know how to do their job. Because if you have staffing issues, instead of letting people in and ripping them off, they should at least have the foresight to be honest and tell their customers they have to wait at least an hour to be served. Otherwise, they should kick people out of the place instead of making them sit down and treating them badly. It's their fault for the poor service, because we, as gentlemen, could have eaten and not paid, and instead, we didn't do that because we're not as dishonest as they are. If they'd at least offered a discount as an apology, they would have saved face, but in my opinion, they don't even have that. Places like these that are open four months a year and during those four months rip people off, especially tourists, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

21/09/2025: We had to reserve a table. We had pizza, and we found it quite good and similar to Neapolitan pizza. The service was quite quick. It was a bit annoying that the waiters were always circling you to clear your table, pressuring you to get up and leave to make room for other waiting customers.

16/09/2025: Professionally managed pizzeria and restaurant. The food and pizza are high-quality, the service is fast and courteous, and the atmosphere is clean and well-maintained. The prices are fair.

18/09/2025: Half parmigiana and half lasagna for €37, far from cheap.

20/08/2025: Every summer, I stop by this place to try something. This year, I was unpleasantly surprised by the decline in product quality, portion size, and the exorbitant price increase. The pizza slices pictured cost around €9 and weren't even worth a single pizza. We then ordered arancini (dry, presumably frozen) and a stuffed calzone (which was all bread). I'm truly sorry.

26/04/2025: Sconsigliato. Un semplice risotto con il sugo avendo una bimba celiaca, 12 €, uno spaghetto alle vongole semplici 22 €, il cameriere sgorbutico.... Mai più...

23/04/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante a Praia a Mare e posso dire che è stato veramente un'esperienza unica! La cucina è stata un vero viaggio attraverso i sapori della tradizione calabrese, con piatti creativi e innovativi che hanno saputo bilanciare perfettamente la classicità con la modernità. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con personale amichevole e professionale che si è occupato di ogni dettaglio. L'atmosfera del ristorante è accogliente e rilassante, con un tocco di eleganza. CONSIGLIO⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

25/09/2025: Delicious pizza, packed with ingredients, and the staff are incredibly hardworking. This spacious and welcoming restaurant and pizzeria is perfect for celebrating large birthdays and watching sports.
