09/12/2024: One day we passed by by chance without knowing and it was the big surprise. Excellent homemade pasta, always the best service and best price. The sauces that accompany the pasta are very good. Now whenever we go to Soverato it is a must stop.
07/12/2024: nice atmosphere, pleasant good music and large outdoor area make this place a suitable place for a good dinner or lunch with friends.
good choice of first courses, sandwiches, few second courses and very few side dishes, apart from the chips and salad, nothing else.
friendly staff goes out of their way to help you.
Let's get to the less good things.
first the ordering system via app.
it doesn't work, or rather... we had to repeat the order 3 times, exit the app and try again, order individually... then cancel and start again.
how beautiful and fast the old notepad was... we missed it.
also because we lost 5 10 minutes for no reason.
the first courses arrive immediately, the pasta is fresh, but overcooked, very soft.
the sauces seem similar, they are very sweet and overall decent, generous portions, don't expect a gourmet restaurant, but not even a down to earth trattoria.
fried so-so, second courses passable too bad the little choice but being a purely pasta place it can fit.
also sweet and bitter
Good availability of beers and wine.

07/01/2025: In my short stay in Soverato I was there on two evenings. Rustic, spacious and comfortable environment. Both times the place was packed. The owner Vincenzo is an attentive and very nice person. A "conductor" who knows how to perfectly coordinate all the elements for the success of the evening. The service is very fast. The time to sit down is when a waiter already arrives with the menus, then not even 5 minutes later and he comes back to order. The wait for the dishes was short (with the place packed on January 1st). We also had an aperitif. At the bar there is Gianfranco who masterfully churns out cocktails as if there was no tomorrow. We tasted everything. Pizzeria, chip shop and catering. No notes. Good choice of raw materials, and excellent preparation of all dishes.
I was really surprised by the bill. I never imagined paying so little. Definitely coming back on our next holiday.

03/11/2024: Family restaurant, very nice and friendly staff, wife and daughter of the Chef. Chef who goes around the tables to advise you on what to eat, it's not something you find often 😉 the food was excellent whatever we had. Experience definitely worth repeating, recommended
18/10/2024: Holy shit I'm leaving Soverato with a bitter taste in my mouth. I was hoping to find a restaurant with home cooking where you eat well without too many frills but instead? I had to believe the negative reviews even if it was in August, damn... menu halved due to lack of fish but that's fine because only fresh fish was available, but it's a shame that the dish was greasy and also tasteless. Price? Absolutely inadequate considering that they even charge you a cover charge and serve you stale loaf of bread. Look elsewhere!

Great experience, great meal. I was shocked by the goodness of the Hulk pasta, paccheri with prawns and pistachio!
There were two of us and we paid around €65 for a starter to share, a first course each, a bottle of wine and water. We will be back!
We returned this August 2024 to dine here, it has changed location, much more beautiful and larger.
We went back to “what mussels do you want?” (Mussel Pepper) and “Hulk!” (Paccheri with pink shrimp and pistachio). We were very happy!! Always excellent.
