15/02/2025: My partner and I chose this particular place for Valentine's Day evening, which included a tasting menu. The first courses were wonderful, really excellent. The fried zeppolina as an appetizer, greased just right, the very delicate seared tuna, I really loved it! The pie with nduja and caciocavallo that my partner ate pleasantly surprised him, especially the delicate taste of the cheese which went perfectly with the spiciness of the nduja. Not to mention the egg with broccoli and cardoncello. The tortelli with grouper were spectacular! Up to this point, the experience had been really great. It should be noted that I have a particular dietary requirement, previously reported to the staff and we were told several times both upon our arrival and during lunch that there would be no problems. Everything goes well until the fourth course, when halfway through the dish the waiter approaches and tells me that the allergen I reported was present in the dish I was eating, due to an oversight by the chef. As well as with me, the same situation occurred with another person who had the same problem as me. We received apologies from the staff and the chef, the dish was deducted from the bill, however this is a truly gross mistake for a place like this. The technical skill and the very high quality of the food are truly beyond question, however if you have particular needs, pay very, very much attention...

15/02/2025: I booked this place for Valentine's evening, specifying some of my partner's food allergies. The first courses arrived quickly and were really excellent, it's a shame that due to an oversight by the chef, a course containing the allergen to be avoided was served (not only at our table but at two tables). The dish was deducted from the bill but in any case half of it had been consumed, causing inconvenience and serious inconvenience to the never companion. Obviously the evening got worse from there and we were not able to fully enjoy the rest of the dishes. The bill is in line with the proposal and the staff is friendly. The food is excellent and the chef is truly capable but for a restaurant of this level, these errors are unacceptable.

02/01/2025: The first time on Lake Sirino, peace, silence and tranquility, a beautiful feeling. Easy to reach, large parking space, restaurant, beautiful, warm and welcoming location with fireplace, well-kept room, excellent local food, rich and abundant dishes, I will definitely return 🍾💯
