10/07/2026: We went to this place for a drink outside with an aperitivo. We ordered the first two cocktails and then two more. When the waitress brought us the other two Campari Spritzes, one of them had insects inside. I pointed this out while the waitress was still near the table, and she promptly took the cocktail back and went inside to remake it. When she brought it back to me, the cocktail again had insects inside, probably from inside the place. I rightly pointed this out to the waitress, and after a few seconds, she brought the remade cocktail back to me immediately. When it came time to pay, the employee charged me the full amount for all the cocktails, €39 for six, explaining that it was a rule of the place and that since she was eating outside, she wasn't responsible for what ended up in the glass. The owner wasn't there, so I was forced to call her. She responded in a completely rude, impolite, and inappropriate manner, continuing to justify how she wasn't responsible for what ended up in the glass outside the restaurant. Only after being forced to raise her voice was the money refunded. This place is definitely to be avoided. ------------ In response to what the owner wrote What I wrote in the review is what actually happened! I certainly don't go around throwing ants into glasses. You can easily look at your cameras again and note with CERTAINTY that whatever was inside the glass left the restaurant, handed to one of your employees on a tray. If we really want to know the whole story, the ants were deep inside the glass and weren't floating on top. A word of advice: the time spent responding here would be better spent focusing on customer service. Good evening and good work

02/09/2025: The sandwiches are excellent, and they make them in every way possible. There's a wide selection, and the place is nice with serious music (not auto-tuned braying). Fast and friendly service. Excellent beer...highly recommended.
