11/06/2026: Very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. It's just a bit noisy as it's located on the main road. The food is great; they have everything: pizza, pasta, and meat.

15/06/2026: I had lunch on June 14, 2026.
Let me start by saying that those who work always deserve respect and consideration; for this reason, I don't intend to judge either the service or my food, because during busy times, things can sometimes go wrong.
However, I cannot accept being served a slice of meat with the aging cap still attached. When I turned the meat over and noticed this, I preferred not to send it back, simply reporting the incident to the waiter.
When it came time to pay the bill, I was asked if everything had gone well. I then explained what had happened, expecting simply an apology or an acknowledgement of the mistake. Instead, I received a response that I found truly inappropriate: I was told that the aging cap is the most valuable part of the meat and that they own a display case that cost €15,000.
Frankly, I can't understand what the cost of the display case has to do with the fact that I was served a slice of meat without the aging cap removed. I'm not questioning the error itself, which can happen to anyone, but the way my report was handled.
I'll conclude by saying that I feel sorry for you, because if you truly believe the aging cap is a delicacy or an added value to be served to the customer, I believe you're RUINED and have a rather questionable view of product quality and the respect due to those who pay for it.
