29/05/2025: A simple but tasty cuisine, just that "refuge" you look for when you want a good plate of pasta and the warmth of home. The staff is extremely friendly and kind, which makes the experience even more pleasant.
21/05/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, I would say perfect for those looking for good food, serenity and authenticity. The food inside is a UNESCO heritage site, as it is cooked strictly by an elderly lady... typical grandmother's cuisine. Everything is served by two special, humble and kind boys.
Another note of merit is the cleanliness.
For those who find themselves in Barrea, we highly recommend this place.
We will return without a doubt.

11/05/2025: Nine of us, Hungarian tourists, arrived for a quick lunch. Very delicious food, pleasant white wine, friendly, fast service. The friendly crackling fire in the fireplace was also very nice. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. Eating lunch in the restaurant was a fitting end to our walk in Barrea. Thank you very much for the experience.
02/05/2025: Let me start by saying that we were wrong to ask for "pizza" given the place we were in... but if you don't know how to make pizza, don't put it on the menu! So I can say that the antipasti platter of cheeses and cured meats was good. The bruschetta that accompanied it was almost without oil but good... the pizza was unclassifiable! It was made of American rubber, really inedible. The service... there was only one waiter for 27 people sitting at the various tables, you name it. The price seemed reasonable to me, 69 euros (if we had managed to eat the pizzas) for 4 pizzas, a mixed platter + bruschetta, 1 French fry and two bottles of water. I wouldn't go back for sure.

06/04/2025: L’estate scorsa ho cenato alla poiana con amici. Atmosfera e panorama bellissimi locale rinnovato con luci giuste e il menù ottimo come sempre. Da ritornare sempre!
01/01/2025: Proprio non ce lo aspettavamo di trovare un ristorante così, in una posizione completamente fuori mano.
Locale bello e accogliente, servizio ineccepibile, piatti eccezionali nella proposta e nella realizzazione. Prezzo proporzionato all'offerta. Se siete nei dintorni di Barrea non potete perderlo, soprattutto se amate stile, eleganza e buon cibo.

02/06/2025: We visited the restaurant today for lunch; it was moderately busy. Our chosen drinks and food were served promptly, but it took an hour for the food to arrive. The salad was served without marinade, perhaps the norm here. However, we had to gather the ingredients for the marinade ourselves from the restaurant. The lamb was lukewarm and of poor quality, the vegetables were cold, and the fries arrived after we had already eaten.
I cannot recommend this restaurant at all.
19/05/2025: The game is one of the worst; the food to be given to the bot is not appreciated by him (salty pizza) the main room also has no innovations since 1980. (Ancient room)
There is little quantity in the portions (the pizza with potatoes comes with 4 if you're lucky) and this costs a lot of coins (because the food doesn't fill you up at all and you can't finish it because as said before it's very salty; unthinkable) which It's not a great thing for us gamers.
Our penguin (the waiter), the bot's animal, often forgets things like the poor little fish Dory with short-term memory.
The game takes a long time to load and only after 10 min can you start playing (slow service)
I don't understand why they made a terrible copy of the "Neapolitan pizza" game.
