14/12/2025: After many years, Shiva remains my go-to Indian restaurant in Milan because the food is always delicious, the prices are affordable, and the set menus are well-designed (I like both the Shiva and vegetarian menus). Not all the ingredients are top-quality (the menu says the chicken is Aia, and the shrimp don't seem particularly fresh either), but so far I haven't found better Indian cuisine in Milan. The staff are always very friendly, and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere.

25/04/2026: I've been to many Indian restaurants, but this is definitely the best! The food is truly excellent and the portions are generous (there were so many different options for all tastes). The staff is friendly and efficient. The location is welcoming and easily accessible by public transport. We ate and drank a lot. The value for money is excellent!

08/04/2026: We had food there on easter monday, we went with high expectations, but it was horrible to say the least, there ran out of most things but instead of informing the same to us, they tried to sell things, made us wait for long and food we got was a real disaster, unfortunately we had to leave the food as it was not possible to eat, normally when you visit indian restaurants abroad they ask for feedback and we have been living aborad for 10 + years now, but this time for the first time no one asked because perhaps they themselves knew it was a disaster. At least we will never visit this place or recommend this to any one
07/04/2026: Had a wonderful experience at Malabar Spicy! The food was authentic, flavorful, and reminded me of real Indian taste. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely a great place to enjoy delicious Indian cuisine in Milan. Highly recommended!

26/04/2026: I often get takeout. The Indian food is always good, but this time there was too much salt in all the dishes, especially the lentil dish, which was way too salty.
17/04/2026: I found two pieces of bone in the mango dal, listed on the menu under "vegetarian dishes."
After calling the restaurant to explain, they denied it, telling me they were pieces of mango. Of course, they weren't; it's hard to confuse bones with mango.

01/05/2026: This has become my favorite place ❤️❤️ really good..!!! 😋😋😋 ..and not only that..courtesy and kindness, a varied selection of beers.. Lambrate sop!! In short, after two years that I have been back as always I speak highly of it and now more than ever....I will return as soon as possible since I am not from Milan

19/05/2026: A great place to have Indian and Pakistani food near Milano Centrale. The food is very authentic and at reasonable prices. We had meals twice here during our short stay in Milan. The staff is pleasant and courteous.
17/05/2026: I received a delivery in the form of birthday surprise from my family and I must say that their Garlic Naan, malai boti and mutton curry was absolutely amazing and delicious.
However, gulab jamun was just average. Secondly, I noticed that there were no tissue papers in the bag.
Regardless of that I really liked the taste of all of the items and it is economical too.

13/03/2026: I absolutely recommend it; I go back often. The food is delicious and tasty! They also have less spicy options for those who, like me, don't tolerate it well but still want Indian food. Very friendly staff and fast service.

19/04/2026: It's a place I've known for thirty years, it's always been one of my comfort zones. Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing today. The food has gone downhill. The service has become terrible. I hope they take note of this. Because the place deserves much better.

20/08/2025: The atmosphere is very simple, but the food is carefully prepared, fresh, and delicious. The service is attentive, even helping with the selection of dishes. A beautiful embodiment of the melting pot of eastern Rome. I recommend it and will return.
