12/06/2026: One of the worst restaurants in Italy, the price and the food quality and taste are totally different and the staff are not at all friendly, it’s better to try in other places. Even they serve frozen iteams by heating up in microwave worst experience.

27/01/2026: The food was incredibly fresh, and the sauces were perfectly balanced – not too salty, not too bland – with rich, natural flavors. Overall, it was perfect. The service was also very homey, with incredibly gentle staff. Everything was wonderful; I'll definitely come back!
25/01/2026: Traditional Nepalese cuisine, exquisite samosas, lamb with cashew cream sauce and spices, 10 out of 10. And also marinated Tandoori chicken with spinach and mint, meat and vegetable MoMo, and divine garlic naan. A dive into the most authentic Nepal.

14/12/2025: After many years, Shiva remains my go-to Indian restaurant in Milan because the food is always delicious, the prices are affordable, and the set menus are well-designed (I like both the Shiva and vegetarian menus). Not all the ingredients are top-quality (the menu says the chicken is Aia, and the shrimp don't seem particularly fresh either), but so far I haven't found better Indian cuisine in Milan. The staff are always very friendly, and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere.

04/07/2026: I loved it! Delicious, delicate flavors, friendly, and attentive service! Very fair pricing! The butter chicken was divine, as were the samosas! We'll definitely be back to try other specialties!
11/06/2026: I'm very sorry to give it only one star. I've been to this restaurant before and had a great time, but last Saturday, with the place packed, the service wasn't nearly up to the 4 or maybe 5 stars I'd given it last time. Poor food, not enough meat, cold rice, and a waiter we'd asked for one thing and then another, who said, "Yes, that's fine," and then didn't bring us anything. We later discovered he doesn't speak a word of Italian. A ruined evening. What a shame.

08/04/2026: We had food there on easter monday, we went with high expectations, but it was horrible to say the least, there ran out of most things but instead of informing the same to us, they tried to sell things, made us wait for long and food we got was a real disaster, unfortunately we had to leave the food as it was not possible to eat, normally when you visit indian restaurants abroad they ask for feedback and we have been living aborad for 10 + years now, but this time for the first time no one asked because perhaps they themselves knew it was a disaster. At least we will never visit this place or recommend this to any one
07/04/2026: Had a wonderful experience at Malabar Spicy! The food was authentic, flavorful, and reminded me of real Indian taste. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely a great place to enjoy delicious Indian cuisine in Milan. Highly recommended!

In short, after two years that I have been back as always I speak highly of it and now more than ever....I will return as soon as possible since I am not from Milan

19/05/2026: A great place to have Indian and Pakistani food near Milano Centrale. The food is very authentic and at reasonable prices. We had meals twice here during our short stay in Milan. The staff is pleasant and courteous.
17/05/2026: I received a delivery in the form of birthday surprise from my family and I must say that their Garlic Naan, malai boti and mutton curry was absolutely amazing and delicious.
However, gulab jamun was just average. Secondly, I noticed that there were no tissue papers in the bag.
Regardless of that I really liked the taste of all of the items and it is economical too.

15/06/2026: The food is certainly good, but it's not enough to make up for the negative experience. I ordered takeout through a delivery platform and received a portion of chili chicken that was very small compared to the price of the dish. Furthermore, there were only five pieces of chicken, while the rest consisted almost exclusively of vegetables.
The chapati was also small and, to top it off, rubbery. The packaging was wrapped in plastic wrap that didn't hold up during transport, causing the oil to leak out.
I also requested cutlery, which was never delivered.
Ignoring the 20-minute delay beyond the scheduled time, the delivery driver even contacted me impatiently, saying he wanted to cancel the order because he couldn't find the delivery address. However, it was a hotel, not a house on a hidden street.
Overall, a disappointing experience that doesn't encourage me to order again.
20/05/2026: The food is so delicious. I recommend aloo gosht if you like spicy food. However there is only one table which you have to wait to get empty to set.

20/08/2025: The atmosphere is very simple, but the food is carefully prepared, fresh, and delicious. The service is attentive, even helping with the selection of dishes. A beautiful embodiment of the melting pot of eastern Rome. I recommend it and will return.

19/04/2026: It's a place I've known for thirty years, it's always been one of my comfort zones. Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing today. The food has gone downhill. The service has become terrible. I hope they take note of this. Because the place deserves much better.
