04/03/2025: Ate well in a quiet environment, the owner's Indian calm with really tasty food, typically in the oriental tradition. A little piece of India in MI.
28/12/2024: Shanti is now the trusted Indian restaurant when you want to spend little (even for dinner!) while enjoying traditional flavours. The restaurant is small and "rustic", offering fixed menus for lunch and dinner but with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Any appetizers to be added are also very reasonably priced. The owner is also very kind!

02/03/2025: Discovered by chance thanks to the internet, we booked and went. Full place, we choose from the menu (helped by the photos on the sites): a focaccia, roast chicken, mixed vegetables, curry stew. Starter, a fantastic vegetable croquette. Everything excellent, freshly made, balanced taste, the degree of spiciness is of your choice. I would like to point out here that the chicken is of incredible quality! Very convenient value for money. Kind staff. We'll be back.

20/02/2025: Absolutely the best chicken of my life!! Thigh marinated in sublime spicy sauce, very tender and soft meat and exceptional flavour
The baked potatoes and wings are also very tasty
Truly excellent quality at fair prices I will definitely go back again and again! Compliments!

The owner uses particular cooking techniques to obtain tasty and never dry chicken.
Whenever I can, I always stop by to eat their cockerel accompanied by potatoes, a delight at very low cost.

05/02/2025: Restaurant with a really nice atmosphere in the large room. In the living room I recommend changing the light bulbs and putting them in warm white and not cold white, like in the large room, because it changes completely.
The service is impeccable and the kindness is more unique than rare these days. Particularly appreciable, among other things, is the constant smile on the lips and the immediate satisfaction of any need. The offer of the final bitter is also very welcome.
We waited a bit (obviously on Saturday evening at 9pm there is a lot of people) but...It was absolutely worth it!!! It's not the first time we've come to the Haveli and on leaving we decided that it will become a constant every 2/3 months, given the remarkable quality!
We tasted the lamb and chicken menus. A true delicacy.
Special mention for the sauces they bring as a starter (the spicy lime one is a World Heritage Site).

27/01/2025: We were surprised... VERY good indeed. The waiter Sandila was extremely attentive and smiling, something rare in Italy. I don't know the names of the dishes, but we had rice with chicken and chicken with vegetables that were divine. I would definitely go back.

31/03/2025: Nothing to say about the quality of the food but the terrible service. We order with great difficulty, the waiter speaks little Italian. We find out later that some things ordered were finished so they decide what to give us. As soon as we finish eating they give us the bill without even asking and immediately afterwards they approach us with a pos. We didn't even have time to ask for coffee and the place was half empty.
27/03/2025: First time in this restaurant, the tasting menu proposal was chosen by our hosts, local regulars. Very spicy but balanced flavours, adapted to Italian taste. And I must say that in these 20 years of activity the place has built an excellent reputation! Served in groups of five portions, lamb and pork excellent for me, the aubergine caponata holds its own in comparison with Sicily, rice with vegetables very good. Each round is served twice and without weighing down more than it should! Super :)))

20/03/2025: Particularly indians and typically Gujarati people love food of their origin. We 32 tourist from Surat city Gujarat state india on tour of Europe in May 2023. In the last faze of tour we had a very nice experience of indian food restaurants in Milano a beautiful city of Itali. RANGOLI a jaipur based owner has beautiful decorated restaurants . A tiger is on the restaurants bar area attracts any one. Owner is very friendly and a old albums of photos shows that many world famous personalities have indian food here and local newspapers also published articles of his indian food test.
07/03/2025: I had the wonderful opportunity to eat at Rangolì to celebrate my anniversary, it wasn't the first time we ate Indian cuisine and I must say that it was the most memorable, excellent service (beautifully dressed and super friendly), very warm environment (stupendous mosaic lanterns, and hand drawings on the walls) and last but not least really good dishes, it was the first time I tasted tandoori chicken bites in which you could really taste all the spices listed in the menu. Compliments!! Super recommended.

08/01/2025: I was feeling very unwell at this point in my trip and I was in desperate need of chicken soup or just any soup really and when I did a Google search of soup in the neighbourhood I was staying in this place came up and chicken soup is exactly what I ordered! I also ordered a samosa, lamb biryani and masala tea. I enjoyed my lunch (20 euros) and the waiter was very pleasant and did a great job. There were no other patrons perhaps because the middle of the day is very hot in the height of summer but I was so glad for the air conditioning. I was in dire need of food so I had to brave the heat. Location a stone's throw away from my accommodation so really convenient for me at the time.

11/03/2025: I visited this place a couple of months ago and had a disappointing experience, primarily due to poor customer service and mediocre food quality. However, after revisiting recently, I was pleasantly surprised to see noticeable improvements in several aspects.
The staff’s behavior has improved significantly they are now more welcoming and attentive, making the dining experience much more pleasant. The food quality has also seen a positive change, with dishes tasting fresher and better prepared. The naan, which was previously the only highlight, remains excellent, but now the rest of the menu holds up much better as well.
Additionally, the overall atmosphere feels more inviting, and while seating is still limited, the improved service makes it a more enjoyable place to dine in. It’s clear that the restaurant has made efforts to enhance its customer experience.
Given these improvements, I would now recommend this place to those looking for a decent meal, especially for takeout or delivery. If you had reservations before, it might be worth giving it another try.

Recommended for an evening with friends different from the usual, super affordable and honest prices for Milan!

05/02/2025: After a long time a place managed to surprise me positively.
The food was excellent, characterized by careful preparation and careful presentation.
I have nothing to complain about, except for the speed of the service, which seemed a bit excessive to me.
However, I believe this may have been influenced by the presence of two birthday celebrations that evening. I will definitely return to re-evaluate the experience on another occasion.

25/01/2025: Ho portato mia madre a cena in questo ristorante ed è stata una delle pochissime volte in cui non si è lamentata. In effetti non c'era niente di cui lamentarsi perché tutti i piatti che abbiamo preso erano cucinati benissimo. La cortesia del personale è un plus da non sottovalutare.

25/01/2025: Tutto buonissimo e con i sapori ben bilanciati! Prezzi onesti, personale gentile e porzioni abbondanti. Un po' da rivedere l'arredamento ma non compromette in nessun modo l'esperienza. Ci tornerò!
