24/12/2025: Bad experience. I have a meal voucher card that was blocked over the Christmas period due to numerous purchases. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that to unblock it, I had to go to an authorized merchant and complete the process via POS. On Tuesday, I went to this bar around 1:30 PM, just after leaving Esselunga. There was only one customer at the counter, and the owner, behind the counter, was free. Despite this, she looked very annoyed and told me she didn't have time to listen to me. After several attempts, she went to the cashier while I was having a coffee, but presumably, because she hadn't read the procedure carefully, she wasn't able to unblock the card. Today, I returned again, and there were three people behind the counter. I asked them to walk me through the process (which takes a minute at most), but they told me they didn't have time. I wonder why some businesses make agreements with companies if they're unwilling to provide the service. I would have also purchased some Christmas gifts at the bar, but given the rudeness and total lack of availability, I left without buying anything. The staff were very rude and impolite.

30/11/2025: An original concept: the elevator takes you to the second floor, where the venue boasts a pleasant vintage decor. Excellent aperitif service with interesting cocktails and good wine.

09/02/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The location initially left me a bit perplexed, and I must admit that the previous, probably bar-like, feel is clearly noticeable. Despite their efforts to make it more welcoming, this remains a weak point. The food, however, undoubtedly deserves its five stars. I found the quality excellent, the portions generous, and the menu very varied. Parking is convenient; we easily found a spot on the street next to the church.

12/01/2026: Not my first time, but definitely the best! I celebrated my engagement anniversary where it all began (a fun fact shared with the staff after dinner). Everything was excellent, from the impeccable dishes to the active and super-positive service, which drew smiles and kind comments from us more than once. Highly recommended for the tranquility of the place and for a different meal, in the true (and calm) Greek spirit.

08/03/2026: If I buy a pita that's supposed to include fries, I expect to find them. But NO: each time, there are fewer and fewer ingredients and more and more tomato or onion, probably to make the pita seem fuller. It's a shame it's the only place in the area and there aren't many alternatives. Nothing to complain about the flavor, but it would be better to do things the way they should be done.

19/10/2025: Excellent experience. I found this trattoria by chance, passing through on a Sunday outing, and I think I was truly lucky. A warm and courteous welcome, a simple, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. As soon as we sat down, we felt like we were at an aunt's house for Sunday lunch—a wonderful feeling of sincerity and care. The dishes represent local tradition, with excellent ingredients and truly exquisite homemade preparations. The portions are generous and more than satisfying. I recommend the selection of appetizers, with a special focus on the cheeses and flavored olives. Affordable prices. I really hope to return!

21/02/2026: I ordered the large pita gyros. The product is high-quality, as the vegetables are fresh and the meat is very flavorful. They also include generous fries on the side. The final price, including a can of Coke, is €12.50, which is quite reasonable. You have to wait a bit for your food, but it's definitely worth it. The owner is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

09/02/2026: The food was very good, but nothing could make up for the rudeness, arrogance, and greed of the guy. We waited almost an hour longer, and the guy seemed annoyed by our presence, as if we were bothering him by waiting. When we got to checkout, the POS wasn't working, and the order was expensive. Luckily, I had cash, so I proceeded to pay with that. The guy, as if unaware of the hour-long wait, asked us for the difference of two euros. After we politely asked him to accommodate us, he rudely declined. The insult couldn't have been greater, but then we realized the guy hadn't even paid the bill. Disgraceful. I repeat, the food was really good, but customers shouldn't be treated like that. If you want to feel at home, don't come to this place.

20/10/2025: It's a very nice and functional bar. The owners are good and very kind. I was able to enjoy a real cappuccino. Why "real cappuccino"? Because, unfortunately, today, quality is being lost in favor of speed and perhaps saving money by using second-rate products. Let's get back to the LOCATION. Very welcoming and well-organized. Here you can find a truly beautiful and excellent variety of pastries. The prices are very fair and the owners are polite, kind, and sociable. Honestly, having a good breakfast at this place is a great satisfaction. Word of Local Guide.

03/03/2026: Unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. I'm Iranian and I spoke to the owner in Persian, but she responded coldly and continued speaking only in Italian. It wasn't a question of language, but of hospitality: I felt unwelcome. The food also didn't satisfy me. I know our culture well and I know how fundamental hospitality is: that's precisely why I was disappointed.

05/02/2026: I love their vegetable pies, vegetable lasagna, and various types of meatballs. It's a very popular place, the ingredients are fresh, and there's a wide selection. The management is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

09/02/2026: If you like good thin-crust pizzas made in the traditional way with love, this is the place. I recommend it 100%.

18/11/2025: This place is truly amazing! The food, service and the atmosphere are amazing! Over the years we have tried multiple times to dine here, only to find out that they were closed. I've dined here twice on this visit to Scalea. I will continue to check their Facebook page for opening hours.

12/11/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance. As soon as I entered, I was immediately struck by the owner's kindness. I ate incredibly tender meat, red wine, and a mouth-watering zuppa inglese.
