27/09/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance in June and were happy to return. The food was absolutely top-notch, the service was very friendly, and the prices were really reasonable.
My only criticism is that everything is served a bit too quickly.
But we'll definitely be back.

17/09/2025: We’ve been coming to Bibione every year for the past decade, but only discovered Fusion Restaurant Lin two years ago—and now it’s a must-visit, at least three times per season. The food is plentiful, flavorful, and surprisingly affordable. This year, we paired our meal with Lambrusco and edamame—boiled and pan-fried with salt—which added a perfect touch.
Our kids are absolutely obsessed with the sushi. There’s a wide variety, all delicious, but the standout is the one with warm, crispy fried shrimp inside—simply divine. We also tried the all-you-can-eat option for €25–26 per person (excluding drinks), and it was an exceptional deal.
To top it off, we received small gifts from a lovely lady who we believe is the manager. The staff is incredibly attentive, a charming mix of Asian and European team members. For us, it’s a solid 10+. Fusion Restaurant Lin has truly become part of our Bibione tradition.

I recommend warming up first; the place was cold, and we all ate with our coats on.

04/12/2025: Not knowing what to do for dinner, we decided to try this new sushi place.
The place is very centrally located, and we thought parking would be difficult, but instead there's a side street full of parking.
After looking at the menu online, we wrote down our numbers and ordered.
One thing I can say is that the fish seems very fresh, because it's very good. The dishes, both first and second, are very good, especially the shrimp and vegetable udon. Another thing to appreciate are the spicy rolls, for example the spicy salmon with a piece of chili pepper on top, a combination that's not banal compared to all the other sushi places.
The only thing I found inconvenient was remembering all the numbers. It would be much nicer to be able to order directly from your phone, much more practical and simple for the end user.

25/09/2025: The value for money is unbeatable. €25 for all you can eat, considering the quantity and quality of the dishes. There's no time limit; you can order via the QR code, and the food arrives very quickly. Apart from the rice and other filling dishes, everything else is highly recommended. Especially the sashimi, the ichi baos, and the sushi wraps (forgot the name).

28/11/2025: I've eaten here several times and I can say that the sushi is very good, the service is quite fast, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very nice, and the restaurant is very large, so it deserves 5 stars.
22/11/2025: We were drawn in by the photo of the pizza on the sign outside, also because the price was pretty fair: a Margherita was €8.
We walked in and, at first glance, we encountered enormous karps in the small aquarium, begging for mercy due to the limited space. We sat down, but the heating was probably off because it was a bit chilly. When the pizza arrived, I realized it was the frozen kind. I checked the menu and, indeed, it was written at the bottom...
I was still disappointed because I was expecting the one in the photo. The place itself is nice, although in some places there was a huge cobweb on the ceiling near a turned-off TV. So, basically, if you want fresh pizza, don't go there even if it says they make it seasonally... absurd!

23/08/2025: Prices are way too high for the average-to-low quality food and the service is nonexistent. Cantonese rice drowned in oil. Fried chicken was petrified. We had to ask for soy sauce... and even chopsticks. It used to be a real Chinese restaurant, but now it seems to be more about an all-you-can-eat option... that's all.

I go there often, and last time I tried the poke, which was a surprise; I'd say the quality is much better than the other poke restaurant at the Valecenter. I'll definitely be back!
13/08/2025: I eat there often and have never had any problems. Today we went and there was a lady (the only non-Asian) with short hair who was very rude and arrogant towards us.
