I requested mine and was told "ok perfect" but it still hadn't arrived, I requested it and another waitress said "no but we can't do this today" so I got another one instead of my original …
It's a slightly expensive place and for an aperitif you have to ask for the chips yourself. I think it's a shop policy but you have to pay the bill immediately even though there were few people and we were sitting there at the table, I could understand during events but on a Tuesday evening a little exaggerated. Furthermore there is nothing for vegans and vegetarians a bit the same...

average product quality
ridiculous quantity of product (the sushi and sashimi are tiny)
the boat at 34 euros is almost empty...
In summary, a bad experience from every point of view, coming regularly to Castiglione I will not set foot in this restaurant again
perhaps the all-you-can-eat menu at 27 euros is more interesting in terms of quantity but qualitatively that does not change the subject

30/06/2024: Personally I'm not crazy about sushi, but I have to say that practically all the dishes I ate were delicious, especially the prawn tempura which I recommend, the place is very clean and welcoming, to order you just need to write the associated number on a piece of paper to a dish and when you have finished writing they tear the paper, I was already sated and I noticed that the menu has changed positively and the choice is really very wide, as far as parking is concerned it is very easy to find and it is very close to the station so you can easily reach it by public transport

21/07/2024: Ristorantino di sushi molto carino in pieno centro a Foligno. Il sushi è buono, e le porzioni abbondanti (io mi sono saziata già solo con una porzione di huromaki da 8 pezzi). Lo consiglio soprattutto in estate, quando è possibile cenare sui tavoli all'esterno, in un'atmosfera davvero romantica. Fantastico il cameriere Andrea, che è stato gentilissimo e sempre a nostra disposizione, e simpaticissimi e competenti anche i due cuochi!
15/07/2024: Intossicazione alimentare . Come prima cosa , appena seduti, abbiamo notato che le stoviglie erano sporche (segno di un labbro che ci aveva bevuto in precedenza) e la giustificazione è stata che il brillantante a volte lascia macchie (prima volta nella mia vita che mi succede in un ristorante).
Personale pessimo poiché essendo il menù abbastanza esteso, la cameriera metteva fretta ed era insistente nell’ ordinare (non eravamo arrivati neanche da 10 min) .
A parte i costi chiaramente sovrapprezzati ,ma ne eravamo consapevoli essendo un menú al pezzo e non all you can eat, il pesce (tra cui gamberi che sono molto delicati e il tonno) è arrivato con un odore fortissimo (il pesce fresco non sa di pescheria se conservato bene) , ci ha disgustato al punto che sicuramente non torneremo più, non mangeremo più pesce crudo , siamo stati male tutta la notte e io ho anche vomitato .

11/11/2023: È inaccettabile che nel 2023 i cani non possano entrare nei ristoranti, soprattutto dal momento in cui il cane pesa 12kg. Mi aspetto anzi che venga portata pure dell’acqua quando il servizio funziona e il personale è cordiale. Eravamo una tavolata di 40 persone circa, il cane non avrebbe dato fastidio a nessuno visto che eravamo infondo alla sala verso il muro; invece l’ho dovuto riportare a casa e tornare al ristorante con il diluvio.
Altro consiglio: abbassare i riscaldamenti, si boccheggiava dal caldo.
17/10/2023: Se amate la cucina asiatica in generale allora l'Imperiale è il posto adatto a voi. Il mio ristorante orientale preferito davvero consigliatissimo. Tutto sempre pulito e staff molto CORDIALE e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Andateci!!!

23/08/2023: I'm not the type of person who likes to give such negative reviews, but these are intended to be more of constructive criticism than mere observations.
The restaurant is located under Via Fabretti and is visible directly from the street. The interiors are furnished in a traditional way, clean and well cared for.
The main problem I encountered during dinner was the terrible value for money.
I found the rice too glutinous and that it almost didn't combine well with the fish it was paired with. The flavors were not bold but rather bland. Even the fish didn't seem great to me.
Perhaps I would broaden the choice more in the evening menu.
It's a shame because the owner is a really kind and helpful person

20/04/2024: We came by chance and it was a great surprise for us, we had the feeling of finding ourselves in an environment that was as professional as it was familiar and enveloping. The waitress, after showing us an infinite wine list, decided to involve you in an infinite emotional state of gin and tonic.
The evening ended in a riot of emotions, we will certainly return to taste the infinite emotions that will delight us.

07/07/2024: Osteria il vicoletto is located in the place of Maracuja Perugia and offers a discounted lunch at midday for €15. We ate aubergine parmigiana, a mixed grill with baked potatoes and grilled vegetables. All very good.
