26/01/2025: I'm sorry to leave 1 star, but I believe that offering such a service is making fun of customers who come to eat food that is at least decent, paying, perhaps when that is the only weekly outing one can afford. I believe that the quality of the food offered is not aimed at a very dignified "medium-low" economic target (also because the price is not). For what was our experience, my partner and I, it seemed to us rather a deliberate choice of poor quality ingredients, the worst sushi culinary experience we have ever had (and we don't usually go to luxury places), in order to maximize the profit. Just to name a couple, the soy sauce blatantly diluted with water, a """carpaccio""" in mango sauce that turned out to be salmon (totally tasteless) drenched in mango FRUIT JUICE (and not a good fruit juice ), which you can already tell from the smell that that dish has never seen mango. The only dishes we managed to eat were the tasteless ones; while those that had a flavour, would perhaps have been liked by someone who loves frequenting Chernobyl clubs. I may be dramatic, but more than a restaurant, we felt like we were in a junkyard where the cheapest quality of ingredients possible is deliberately chosen... restaurants must make a profit, but they must also offer what the customer pays for, that is something that at least is food. I don't know, it seems like the minimum wage to me, but seeing the other reviews maybe some people like it that way. I'm only sorry for those who expect to enter a normal all you can eat and find themselves having wasted their money, obviously the rate is the same as all the other all you can eats, more or less euros.

28/12/2024: We ended up there by chance, without any pretensions or expectations, but fate rewarded us with an incredible experience. We weren't very hungry, having just finished two intense days of Umbrian cuisine, we ordered 2 appetizers for two (they deserve an honorable mention) which shocked our palates, the waiter was very kind in recommending them and telling us about them with an enthusiasm that it overwhelmed us, I inserted the photos because the eye also appreciated it (bovine tongue and amberjack head), we then took a mixed sashimi, very good and 2 portions of Uramaki for 8 which (don't hold it against me) not up to the standard of the rest, although good and finally a very good dessert. Large selection of wines and very good at drinks too (we bought 3). Total cost €106 for two, well spent. They literally turned our evening around, well done, well done!
