07/01/2025: I promised I’d have rated the very pleasant experience at the Mercato Vianova: great food, really special dishes, great wine, and very good service. I’ll be back as soon as possible. 😊

28/12/2024: We ended up there by chance, without any pretensions or expectations, but fate rewarded us with an incredible experience. We weren't very hungry, having just finished two intense days of Umbrian cuisine, we ordered 2 appetizers for two (they deserve an honorable mention) which shocked our palates, the waiter was very kind in recommending them and telling us about them with an enthusiasm that it overwhelmed us, I inserted the photos because the eye also appreciated it (bovine tongue and amberjack head), we then took a mixed sashimi, very good and 2 portions of Uramaki for 8 which (don't hold it against me) not up to the standard of the rest, although good and finally a very good dessert. Large selection of wines and very good at drinks too (we bought 3). Total cost €106 for two, well spent. They literally turned our evening around, well done, well done!

05/03/2025: Very good fusion cooking and great service too like their fusion cooking like risotto with Japanese sauce and dressing but not much on menu anymore. More western n Italian cooking. But flavour and taste is still great.

07/02/2025: Fabulous sushi!!! Very very kind staff, the place is quiet and relaxing with prices absolutely adequate for the quality of the food served. Furthermore, punctuality with the collection time (important for me as I come from outside Spoleto) on takeaway orders. GOOD

31/01/2025: Mystical place in which to lose yourself in an elegant relaxing atmosphere. Trust the Maitre di Sala, Ervin, who will be able to recommend dedicated dishes and wines. Don't forget to ask for the Gintonics made by him personally. In summary: "if you like Sushi you can't miss going!".

17/02/2025: Abbiamo prenotato con l asporto… prezzi folli per un cibo da schifo! Era la prima volta che ordinavamo qui… siamo soliti di qst tipo di cucina.. la conosciamo… qualità dei prodotti pessima.. speriamo di non stare male!!! E abbiamo speso tanto… da non ripetere mai più!!!

03/12/2024: Good quality. On the other hand, negative notes for both takeaway and table consumption because there has always been either some missing product or even forgetfulness in the preparation of courses.

01/02/2025: Very nice and welcoming restaurant. Very nice staff. VERY fast service. Very good dishes. Wide choice of menu. In line with the prices of all you can eat.

10/11/2024: Magnum of 40 pieces in the chain's standards, mix of very good and recommended desserts. The service is a very serious flaw: the chopsticks, sauces and ginger were missing, which were complimentary, but which I did not receive and therefore I was forced to eat with cutlery and without sauces. (The sixth thing had happened on another occasion with the beer I ordered and I ended up with a different one)

19/10/2024: We chose the 40 piece magnum option. It was not possible to choose the type of uramaki but preferences were still asked; expectations met and even exceeded. Everything was delicious, even combinations not on the menu. Advised! We will be back

28/01/2025: We opted for the all you can eat meal and it was worth it, the shrimp tempura is amazing. The food is fresh and well prepared. The owners are very kind!

26/01/2025: Terrible lunch. Very old fish. The tuna was opaque black, the salmon was covered in a strange white coating, the tempura was splashing with oil. Anyone who tells you it's a good place just wants to poison you, I think they even reuse chopsticks.
