Locale nuovo e moderno, si può ordinare dallo schermo in autonomia ma la macchinetta era fuori uso.
Staff accogliente e disponibile.

21/02/2024: Very good sushi especially the tiger roll. I really liked this place I recommend it.
07/02/2024: Excellent sushi and pretty fast service. I don't like outdoor sheds in restaurants but it's an efficient way to save space. The bathroom is not very large or easy to reach, especially for people with disabilities, but the staff is very kind and prepared for every request.

25/04/2024: unsatisfactory and low quality food.
16/04/2024: Tried making a reservation by calling twice. The first time I called, the man was rude and hung up on me as I was trying my best to speak Italian. The second time I called, I tried to make a reservation for 9:45-10pm, but he said that was too late. So why does it say online that you close at 11 pm. Awful experience so far, and I have not even walked through the front door yet.

30/03/2024: I order on deliveroo and I get the order without ingredients, large poke, you spend €15 to eat for lunch at work and I miss the base of the poke, the rice and avocado are missing which I even paid extra for so instead to spend to eat and satisfy myself, I eat and I'm hungry.
01/03/2024: I swear as soon as I took the first bite I knew I was going to be sick, I haven't told you what I do all evening.
The guys are nice but the food is poor

30/03/2024: I went there today for lunch... after having been there several times over time
But today I must say that compared to before I found fewer dishes at lunch...those removed which had to be paid for...different sizes...quality and flavor significantly lower than before...
Maybe I'll try another time in the future but if it stays like this I won't go anymore...
30/03/2024: Good quality all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant that is part of a chain with over 50 restaurants in Italy and which extends to Spain and Portugal. The average quality of the dishes is good, both for the cold and hot dishes which are satisfying as well as extremely varied, thus allowing you to indulge yourself. In terms of flavour, not all dishes are excellent, with some being a bit "flat", without standing out, and also some hot dishes, mainly with soy noodles, are overabundant with vegetables and low in noodles. The advice is to go when it opens, because as soon as the place fills up the waiters are in a bit of a crisis and the service becomes decidedly slow: the order limit is 5 dishes per person and only once consumed can you proceed to ordering. next one; on average the price, which ranges from €14.90 for midweek lunch to €24.90 for dinner at the weekend, is in line with the competition to which an average of €3 per head of water must be added (for a 0.81l bottle )

Probably the worst Sushi I have ever tried, both in terms of quality and service..
I won't go into detail, but if you want to avoid spending a night with a stomach ache, go elsewhere..

20/11/2023: Personale cinese, in parte italiano, cucina sedicente giapponese che, per chi è stato in Giappone, di Giappone non ha nulla. Non che uno pretenda di essere a Narisawa o a Zuma a Londra... Solita roba dai soliti fornitori come si trova in tutti i ristoranti cinesi a Firenze, che non sono pochi. Solito riso alla cantonese di qualità infima, i soliti gamberi in tempura, come pure la verdura in sottili filangè. Qui le cose peggiorano in quanto vi sono troppi tavoli da servire. Il nostro era l'84 sistemato in una corte ricoperta con tendoni di plastica e stufe a gas per il riscaldamento. Alcuni camerieri solleciti, i cinesi, quelli italiani sgarbati, non ti guardano nemmeno in faccia, ti appoggiano il piatto sulle braccia che hai sul tavolo e fuggono. Qualche piatto freddo, però sostituito, i dolci hanno un che di sapore chimico. Da dimenticare. Dicono che una volta era molto meglio, sarà.
05/11/2023: Qualità pesce scadente insapore unica nota forse positiva il prezzo! Da non tornarci più’ senza considerare il fritto sconsigliatissimo!!!!!

07/03/2024: Ho conosciuto questo ristorante giapponese/thailandese grazie ad amici, che ci erano già stato in precedenza. Il locale è molto carino situato in una zona poco esterna al centro di Firenze.
Può sembrare un pò nascosto ma in realtà dentro l'arredamento è molto ben curato dato che viene da un cambio di gestione recente.
La seconda volta Ci sono stato con la mia ragazza per San Valentino e devo dire che nonostante il locale fosse pieno il servizio è stato rapido e di alta qualità.
In due abbiamo provato sia piatti thai che roll di differenti tipologie. Devo dire che il menù è molto preciso e dettagliato, con un attenta descrizione degli ingredienti.
Per quanto riguarda il sushi, il menù prevede una vasta selezione di gunkan, roll, uramaki e sashimi, sia tradizionali che particolari. Super consigliati i gunkan con il tonno (buonissimo e fresco). Per i roll, ho optato per il “red and gold burrata” con salmone, burrata e gamberi di Sicilia, molto buono e fresco e per il classico “Tiger roll”, che è strepitoso. Abbiamo poi provato i “tokoyaki”, croccanti polpettine di polpo con un ripieno morbidissimo.
Della cucina thai abbiamo provato il pad thai al pollo (è possibile ordinarlo anche con i gamberi) buono e saporito.
La qualità del cibo è molto alta, di conseguenza il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.
Non è un sushi all you can eat ma alla carta quindi il conto è superiore alla media ma è capibile soprattutto se si sta parlando di pesce fresco.
CONSIGLIATO
02/03/2024: Dopo 4 anni con nostra grande sorpresa ha riaperto. Miglior locale orientale di Firenze. Tutto perfetto, qualità sopra la media. Ben tornati. Giovanni Merante
