Chevere Sushi & Poke

Acireale
07/12/2025: Variety and quality. Of course, there are many customizations, meaning it's adapted to the market, but the ingredients are top-quality. The service is quite fast and attentive. We'll definitely be back.
25/09/2025: One of the best sushi restaurants in the province: excellent food, excellent atmosphere, excellent everything. Sometimes you have to wait a bit too long between courses, but the taste and quality are worth it.

02/02/2026: fine Food, great cocktail and very comfortable place, I recommend 👍
31/01/2026: There were six of us for dinner, and we ordered appetizers and pizzas. The experience, however, was marred by the inappropriate and decidedly questionable handling of the pizza changes. Being allergic to lactose, I ordered a parmigiana without mozzarella and shavings, and also asked for more cooked ham, considering the removal of two ingredients I cannot consume. My companion, however, simply requested the replacement of the expected raw ham with cooked ham. A surcharge of €3.50 was applied for both requests, for a total of €7. So far, we've accepted what was stated on the receipt because it was described on the menu, except that the cost of the removed ingredients was not refunded, despite the fact that these were deletions due to an allergy and not personal preference. In effect, we also paid for ingredients that were neither served nor consumed. When asked for clarification, the cashier stated that "all pizzerias operate like this" and that there is an internal policy according to which any additions are charged, regardless of what is taken away. When asked "Do I have to pay for something I didn't eat?" I was told, "The pizza is the same; any changes are charged." This is a rigid, unbalanced, and disrespectful approach to the customer, completely ignoring the principle of fairness, especially when there are certified dietary requirements. It's not about the price per se, but about commercial integrity and customer service. A service set up this way inevitably leaves a feeling of inattention and dishonesty. I'm not giving zero stars because the platform doesn't allow it.
