18/08/2024: Last night I picked up some poke from them, as I always do and everything has always gone well and every time I have had it always good, except that when I opened the package there was a strange smell that wasn't there never been before, I finish eating the pokè (I always take the same condiments) around 4.30 in the morning I felt terrible until now, I also had to have injections and a whole series of treatments, I was from medical guard telling me that it was food poisoning, definitely spoiled food and in my opinion the chicken also because I didn't eat anything after that. I liked it a lot but unfortunately I won't come again, it could have happened even worse.

01/08/2024: Terrible organization... I arrive with my wife for an aperitif, among other things we order something besides the aperitif from the restaurant menu... an hour or so passes and they tell us that the table is booked... And to move in another...but the other table isn't there....and I wonder? If I wanted to order something else...some Cafoni... not to mention that for 3 spritzes and some chips....€50... Absolutely not recommended
29/07/2024: **update July 29th** The restaurateur, not happy with his attitude during the evening, called my wife several times between Sunday and today, obviously without permission, initially we didn't answer because we didn't know the number, then given the insistence of the calls, we answer and they call to tell her what? To ask for explanations of the reviews using tones that are unsuitable for a discussion between the restaurateur and customers, alluding to denigrating things about us, trying to obtain an account and reason. They say they called because the number is on thefork and is public and therefore they can do so, but it seems strange to me because calls are usually not made for these actions or reasons. I had never had or ever heard of situations like this, truly absurd!!!! Obviously we kindly asked them not to call again given the continued attitude. Stay away. Very bad experience!!!! We find this place on thefork with an excellent location, certainly, but very very disorganized staff, little to say about the pizza, small, with heavy dough and like many others around, you can find much better ones. We had called to ask for confirmation whether payment with theforkpay was possible given recent negative experiences, and everything had been confirmed on the phone without any problem, even when we got there they reassured us that there was no problem, but then oops!!! The system doesn't work, right at that moment, the owner tells us that it "only happened today" I ask several times the reason for the problem and at a certain point we are told in an annoyed and rude tone "I can't make the thefork receipt", obviously after such a way of responding, with the utmost politeness we pay and leave. I underline that we did not receive a receipt even with cash payment!! So evidently the problem wasn't just thefork's and therefore one payment or another would have been fine given that it was UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES possible to make receipts. Having said that, try to treat customers better, especially new ones, because this will only make them run away and maintain an appropriate attitude because sighing in an annoyed manner in the faces of customers who are legitimately asking for clarification, trust me, it's not nice. Obviously I can't help but advise against this place which has no organization, no quality, and doesn't even pay attention to the customer. Many greetings.
