23/03/2024: Among the sushi places, one of my favorites. Highly recommended.

04/03/2024: Seconda volta il questo sushi, seconda fregatura. Ogni volta a servire cameriere che non mette due parole di italiano assieme. Prima volta: finito di mangiare facciamo per alzarci e ci chiede se gradiamo un caffè. Accettiamo, per scoprire alla cassa che ci viene messo a conto mentre il cassiere sorridendo ci chiede se gradiamo offerto un caffè o amaro... E va beh... Seconda volta: facciamo secondo ordine. Dopo il primo di uramaki, ordiniamo due tre cose in tempura. Aspettiamo una mezz'ora, per poi vederci il solito cameriere che ci sparecchia la tavola. A domanda ci viene detto che è arrivato tutto. E mentre il locale si svuota, quasi a caricatura con sorriso ci dice "se volete ordinare?!..." A quel punto perso mezz'ora a vuoto, decidiamo di andarcene. Con faccia tosta ci chiede se gradiamo un caffè. Rifiuto chiarendo che me li farò fare alla cassa. Altri colleghi si erano trovati di sera con salmone finito. Conclusione... Avrete risparmiato qualche euro, ma il cliente Ve lo perdete. A parità di qualità di tanti altri, almeno dalle altre parti quello che ordinate lo mangiate anche.

11/03/2024: Excellent refined and elegant restaurant, the typical traditional Japanese dishes are delicious, the service is excellent and professional, the bathrooms are fragrant and clean. Excellent price quality.

31/03/2024: Good cuisine but if I have to give a preference, I choose Umibe. They are very organized and helpful and have a wide variety of dishes

27/03/2024: Eating while feeling cold is a truly bad experience. Mediocre food and service to be overlooked. Forgotten commands despite using pad. I would say avoid or try again in the summer.

15/03/2024: Excellent environment, excellent food but truly unpleasant and grumpy service. As soon as I asked for an encore of the nigiri they snorted and attacked me with words.

10/03/2024: We went for dinner last night and what can I tell you we tasted some delicious rolls, delicious fish so much so that even today we ordered it and brought it home, now it's an addiction. Really compliments

17/03/2024: We booked at 10.30pm for a dinner at Matsu Bitonto (specifically because Matsu Bari is spectacularly elegant and refined and what you pay is returned to you in terms of environment, service and food quality due to lack of space we found ourselves here) where we were asked to be extremely punctual and then made us wait outside the restaurant standing for more than half an hour together with other people who we seated in order of arrival, trying to free up the tables inside as quickly as possible (we heard complaints of tables being forced to stand up) . Seated at 11.15pm terrible service due to the rush to close the place they made us have dinner within 30 minutes 'all you can eat' style which brings you 7 dishes all together on the table without a logical order and not allowing you to have a quiet dinner, before the drinks arrived...a huge chaos of people seemed to be in a pizzeria with a disproportionate number of people compared to the place, with unrelaxing electronic music...quality of the food? Well it's definitely not the same as Matsu Bari, heavy, sticky rice and non-existent flavours. Well, if you have to dine in Bitonto with the high bill we paid and be served hastily without attention, go to the 'all you can eat' because we're just not there in terms of quality-price!

12/12/2023: Good experience. No longer self service but with digital menu. Clean and very fast staff. Sunday lunch full of people. Parking available with sufficient spaces.

07/05/2024: The quality/price ratio is acceptable, in fact most of the dishes are good, I do not recommend the parmigiana... the ones that are not good and because they don't meet my personal tastes that's all.... It's worth trying

07/09/2023: We went for lunch exactly yesterday and I'll tell you the place is very nice, very clean and not only finally a place where the sushi stands out one taste from another all fresh and freshly prepared but above all for the first time in my opinion we paid an honest price 16.90 each without even paying the compartment, we were truly amazed. I will definitely return, highly recommended.
