16/06/2025: We returned after several years, and I must say that the quality has not changed, indeed it has even improved, in a now very sad and all the same panorama of all you can eat at rock-bottom prices and questionable food, they are positioned much higher, relaxed atmosphere with good music, kind service, and spectacular food, excellent wine list and digestives, compliments! I reconfirm everything, we were in June 2025 FANTASTIC

06/06/2025: Hizumo Sushi & Sake stands out as the best sushi in Fossano, offering dishes prepared with great care and an elegant and well-kept environment. Despite the careful presentation and attention to detail, the overall quality does not reach the levels of real Japanese restaurants, leaving a bitter taste in the mouth for those looking for a more authentic experience. The prices, decidedly high compared to a rather limited offer, are not fully reflected in the quality of the dishes and the service. The selection of wine labels is remarkable, with some important proposals, but overall the quality/price/service ratio does not appear entirely adequate. A good address for those looking for sushi of a higher level than the local average, but not an unmissable destination for lovers of authentic Japanese cuisine.
