12/02/2025: Ci siamo trasferiti da poco ad Alessandria e ci siamo subito informati sul migliore ristorante giapponese.
Abbiamo conosciuto Osen e confermo tutto quanto di buono viene detto.
Oltre ad una grande capacità di farci sentire a proprio agio con la gentilezza e l'empatia di Osen, il proprietario, e di tutto lo staff è importante dire che i piatti sono eseguiti molto bene con materie prime di ottima qualità.
C'è fantasia e creatività che abbiamo sperimentato anche a Capodanno con piatti eccezionali anche a base di aragosta.
Lo consiglio per chi, come me, ama mangiare con tutti i gusti a disposizione

19/01/2025: For a completely personal taste I consider IMO 1 the best Japanese in the Alessandria area. The choice at lunch is also excellent, the portions are the same as the evening ones (which is not to be taken for granted) the service does not involve throwing dishes on the table as often happens in these you-can-eat restaurants. The price is high but in line with other Japanese restaurants nearby. Especially recommended for lunch!

05/02/2025: Very nice place, clean and organized. We had a tasty dinner, the dishes are well-prepared and of quality.
I recommend booking especially on weekends.
04/02/2025: Clean place even in the bathrooms, it's no small feat, everything is very good, the prices are like many other places but a smile is satisfying and kindness is not lacking...

27/12/2024: Da solo di vengo ormai da 1 anno e 1/2 almeno 2 volte la settimana, alcune di queste con la mia compagna. Ci sono piatti davvero favolosi e x il prezzo che fanno, vale certo la pena venire anzichè stare a preparare da mangiare a casa! Tra l'altro diffonde sempre musica, spesso dance x cui mangi con la voglia di metterti a ballare! Tra i primi 10 sui 200 ristoranti almeno, da me visitati del nord Italia!

24/12/2024: I have to tell the truth about the food and the standards of those in the Alessandria areas, but unfortunately I noticed poor organization compared to usual... First there was someone who understood Italian... now it's difficult to communicate. A piece of advice for lunch and on Sunday if you have more people, pay them... without avoiding harmful embarrassment.
16/12/2024: Excellent food with reasonable prices. To order you must use a tablet provided by the restaurant. My advice is to have the staff explain how it works well. What you order must be completely consumed and nothing should be left behind, an excellent thing against waste.

21/12/2024: Excellent, it is no longer Japanese but Italian and Chinese, well renovated and very elegant. Now it's called SEASTAR. excellent food and very cheap with menus starting at 18.90 euros.

08/08/2023: Il ristorante è molto bello e pulito. Personale professionale. I piatti sono tutti molto buoni e particolari ed alcuni non li avevo mai visti. Gli avrei dato 5 stelle ma per un all you can eat alcuni piatti sono troppo abbondanti. Ti riempiono subito e non ti danno la possibilità di provarne altri. La porzione di riso Zen è mostruosa, basta per almeno 3 persone. Consiglio di ridurre la quantità per portata.

05/01/2024: Un raro esempio di ristorante che accontenta tre categorie molto particolari con una coerenza ferrea: masochisti, coprofili e coprofagi qui trovano il loro habitat naturale. Personale ignorante, trattamento orribile, cibo orribile, posto pessimo e prezzi, appunto, da masochismo puro. Piuttosto un pezzo di pane intinto nel liquame delle fogne poco piu' in la'.
