I migliori ristoranti di cucina giapponese in Alessandria

12/02/2025: Ci siamo trasferiti da poco ad Alessandria e ci siamo subito informati sul migliore ristorante giapponese. Abbiamo conosciuto Osen e confermo tutto quanto di buono viene detto. Oltre ad una grande capacità di farci sentire a proprio agio con la gentilezza e l'empatia di Osen, il proprietario, e di tutto lo staff è importante dire che i piatti sono eseguiti molto bene con materie prime di ottima qualità. C'è fantasia e creatività che abbiamo sperimentato anche a Capodanno con piatti eccezionali anche a base di aragosta. Lo consiglio per chi, come me, ama mangiare con tutti i gusti a disposizione

19/01/2025: For a completely personal taste I consider IMO 1 the best Japanese in the Alessandria area. The choice at lunch is also excellent, the portions are the same as the evening ones (which is not to be taken for granted) the service does not involve throwing dishes on the table as often happens in these you-can-eat restaurants. The price is high but in line with other Japanese restaurants nearby. Especially recommended for lunch!

14/01/2025: The best sushi in Alessandria. There are few dishes but really very good.

22/02/2025: Sympathetic all you can eat sushi restaurant, wide choice, good quality and also very fresh oysters type creuses. Order via the tablet on the table, dishes are served quickly. Smooth operation. Also ask separately for wasabi, teriyaki and sweet and sour sauce to spice up the dishes.

21/02/2025: Nice, normal, clean environment. Pretty good food although I've seen and tasted better uramaki. The salt and pepper prawns are rejected as greasy and dry, at least they arrived that way to me. Friendly owners, as for the waiters, it depends on who you get. Overall it's good, if you happen to be passing through, it's also one of the cheapest all you can eat in Novi Ligure, it depends on what you want.

05/02/2025: Very nice place, clean and organized. We had a tasty dinner, the dishes are well-prepared and of quality. I recommend booking especially on weekends.

04/02/2025: Clean place even in the bathrooms, it's no small feat, everything is very good, the prices are like many other places but a smile is satisfying and kindness is not lacking...
