Fresh food with chef's specialties cooked, raw and flambéed.
Young staff, very kind and helpful.
Elegant interior. In summer there is the possibility of eating outside along the river. The outdoor area has been recently renovated and is very clean and elegant.
Free parking nearby.
In Fabriano I eat sushi only at this place.

For those who travel it is essential information to know if you can reach them, if I call to order you cannot omit this information having also advised that I was passing through. I don't know and will never know the quality of the food

26/06/2025: I had lunch at this wonderful restaurant with two of my friends. We spent a day in Ancona for work. Right from the start, we were welcomed by kind and helpful staff. Clean and quiet place. Very good food, with a large buffet with a wide choice: meat, fish, vegetables of all kinds, fried foods, fruit, desserts and various ice creams. Possibility of composing fish skewers, or cooking fish at the moment of your liking, upon order to the staff. Highly recommended!!
17/06/2025: the worst money I've ever spent and I didn't even pay for it...
the food looks really unappealing and old, it seems like it's been there for a week. There are no allergens in most of the dishes. The spring rolls were soft and only had cabbage inside, the grilled ravioli were almost considered raw.
The only place in the world where they make you pay for fortune cookies.
The best thing about this meal was the coke

15/06/2025: It had never happened to me to do an all you can eat and leave still hungry, having then also paid 30 euros...
Dinner with 2 of my friends, they are sushi fanatics, I am a little less.
I wanted to accompany them to have a quiet evening, in the end the food was also good, that was not so much the problem.
I was disappointed because we ordered more portions and at least a third, if not more, never arrived. I don't understand if it was a problem with the orders, or if the food simply did not arrive at other tables, the fact is that my friends were very angry, me too, especially about the shopping. The waiters also seemed good, also because despite the late hour, arriving around 10 pm, they welcomed us. I don't know what the problem was, but I remember leaving an all you can eat still hungry, it had never happened to me.

22/04/2025: We went here for dinner and really enjoyed the sushi.
The environment is welcoming and the cleanliness of the place is very careful.
The only small mix-up: by mistake we ordered an extra beer. Unfortunately, the waiter did not proceed to change our bill, but simply told us that, as it had already been opened, we should have drunk it. A different approach to resolving the situation would have been appreciated. Despite this, the rest of the experience was positive.

Yum Yum Unconventional Sushi

09/06/2025: I placed an order because I wanted a sweet treat and saw that they had mochi. Looking at the menu, photos and descriptions I got carried away and in addition to the sweet treat I also ordered two other dishes.
Overall the food was good, but the size/price ratio is really ridiculous: €8.50 for 6 gyoza as big as a mochi (if not smaller).
Not to mention the bao: on the website the description says "soft steamed bun, filled with steamed shrimp, curly lettuce, slightly spicy mayonnaise and sesame"... I'm attaching a photo of what I received: three steamed shrimp, no sesame seeds, normal lettuce. Again, it's absolutely not worth the price paid.
26/05/2025: I had ordered sushi for home delivery as I often do... I eat it because I love wasabi... I even paid to have a lousy extra bag of wasabi paid 10 cents... and when I opened the bag there wasn't even one... only a tub of soy that was finished immediately... thanks you ruined my dinner... then 30 euros not even small change... you lost a customer... never again

10/05/2025: Il menù fisso ha un prezzo veramente stracciato, che non fanno più nemmeno agli altri all you can eat, ma per un motivo.
Tutti i piatti che ho provato sono di scarsa qualità, al massimo mangiabili, altri semplicemente cattivi.
Va bene se vuoi spendere molto poco e/o mangiare in una pausa pranzo dato
che qualità generale è da mensa di basso livello, ma non lo consiglio a chi vuole concedersi una cena seria da ristorante.
Il menù alla carta lo avevo provato diverso tempo fa, la qualità è un po' migliore ma niente di che, ed in questo caso non è giustificato nemmeno dal prezzo dato che se fai alla carta/allyoucaneat il prezzo è in linea con quello di altri locali simili.
Mi dispiace dirlo ma questo locale non regge la competizione con gli altri asiatici/fusion di jesi, valido solo per una cena o pranzo economico e senza pretese.
Però belli i tavoli a cuccetta nella sala del menù alla carta, quello si.
28/03/2025: È il miglior ristorante cinese in cui io abbia mai mangiato. Porzioni abbondanti, qualità, servizio top. Davvero bravi. Le alghe profumano di mare, sempre fresche, troppo buone.

04/07/2024: Preso quasi sempre da asporto devo dire che è come mangiarlo al ristorante, piatti di ottima qualità, bellissimi e mix sempre diversi con attenzione anche alle intolleranze dei miei amici, Prezzi onestissimi e servizio veloce, bravi!
