10/09/2025: One of my favorite sushi restaurants in all of Italy.
The location is meticulously maintained: the rooms are always clean and tidy. It's located in a historic building in Fabriano, a beautifully renovated former tannery that combines modern elements with original details like exposed wooden beams and stone walls, creating a truly unique atmosphere.
The staff is always extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive to their guests' needs.
And the food? Delicious. The pasta dishes are excellent, but the sushi is spectacular: incredibly fresh fish, impeccable cuts, and unique combinations, including local ingredients like "paccasassi," an aromatic plant typical of the Marche region with a slightly salty flavor that pairs beautifully with raw fish.
The prices are a little above average, but absolutely justified by the quality.
Highly recommended. 👍
I can't wait to go back.

08/11/2025: Excellent, fresh, and carefully selected food. Top-notch service, friendly and professional. The ambiance gets 4 stars only because we ended up right next to the bathroom. If you put up a booth, the ambiance would be 5 stars, too.
25/10/2025: Nice modern sushi restaurant with very comfortable chairs and a clean place. The sushi is good and they have both à la carte and all you can eat options.

10/11/2025: The place is aesthetically attractive, I was hoping for a higher quality product but instead it's like the usual sushi chains.
10/11/2025: Fast service and very friendly staff, available to answer any questions. The location is neat and clean. The food is a bit less high-quality. I felt that everything had a sour aftertaste, which detracted from the fish flavor, which was barely noticeable. Despite having tried many different rolls, I always found more or less the same filling (fried shrimp). The quality/price ratio isn't exactly good.

05/09/2025: For me, it's not worth the effort. The food is good, but it's not far from a good-quality all-you-can-eat place. I understand it's popular because there's no competition for à la carte sushi in the area.

It's big, it's empty, and the food is uninteresting. The staff barely speak Italian. Everything tastes the same; it's due to the excessive use of flavor enhancers.
01/11/2025: A good all-you-can-eat restaurant. I've been to many woks around Italy, and I have to say this is among the best. The only drawback is that there isn't a huge selection of fish and fruit. However, they do offer freshly roasted and sliced meat, and even roasted pineapple with cinnamon, which I tried for the first time.

10/05/2025: Il menù fisso ha un prezzo veramente stracciato, che non fanno più nemmeno agli altri all you can eat, ma per un motivo.
Tutti i piatti che ho provato sono di scarsa qualità, al massimo mangiabili, altri semplicemente cattivi.
Va bene se vuoi spendere molto poco e/o mangiare in una pausa pranzo dato
che qualità generale è da mensa di basso livello, ma non lo consiglio a chi vuole concedersi una cena seria da ristorante.
Il menù alla carta lo avevo provato diverso tempo fa, la qualità è un po' migliore ma niente di che, ed in questo caso non è giustificato nemmeno dal prezzo dato che se fai alla carta/allyoucaneat il prezzo è in linea con quello di altri locali simili.
Mi dispiace dirlo ma questo locale non regge la competizione con gli altri asiatici/fusion di jesi, valido solo per una cena o pranzo economico e senza pretese.
Però belli i tavoli a cuccetta nella sala del menù alla carta, quello si.
28/03/2025: È il miglior ristorante cinese in cui io abbia mai mangiato. Porzioni abbondanti, qualità, servizio top. Davvero bravi. Le alghe profumano di mare, sempre fresche, troppo buone.

04/07/2024: Preso quasi sempre da asporto devo dire che è come mangiarlo al ristorante, piatti di ottima qualità, bellissimi e mix sempre diversi con attenzione anche alle intolleranze dei miei amici, Prezzi onestissimi e servizio veloce, bravi!
