06/03/2025: Simply spectacular, delicious. I often eat sushi in many places between Milan and its hinterland, both all you can eat and à la carte. But Jyo has remained my favorite for years, by far the best.

06/03/2025: Truly one of the best sushi restaurant in Milan, previously was YOJI and the quality is intact. A new restaurant now have this name but not the chef. ;) For a real sushi experience is highly recommend, only some (and not all) restaurants I had tried in japan were equally good.

03/03/2025: I have gone to have lunch or dinner here several times, with friends and relatives, but the other evening I made a huge impression due to the SERVICE and the FOOD. Salmon and tuna without any kind of taste, rolls soaked in oil with fish scraps inside and fried prawns in kataifi paste, burnt and without SHRIMP, 😂 great! heavy frying and with an oil that could be changed every now and then. To cover the quality and probably the flavor of the dubious quality fish, they were covered in vinegar, who knows why, put to cover what??? THE DUBIOUS FRESHNESS OF THE FISH SERVED? The place was full and ok, but the quality of the dishes and the service were unspeakable, we had to get up to leave and this had NEVER happened to me, my friend couldn't believe his eyes and what he was experiencing in a restaurant. They only looked for excuses, in fact they tried to shift the responsibility onto us, the customers at the table, based on what they had ordered, especially the lady with short hair, bossy and rude, with a series of excuses, classic ones used by restaurateurs when you can't keep up with the service. It was a quality place, but I have never eaten so badly in a sushi place, I have never seen such rudeness and arrogance in a restaurant. We leave paying 40 euros each without having eaten practically anything, and what arrived was terrible, so much so that I spent the night in the bathroom, the icing on the cake. I don't think I will ever go back because I didn't receive even the slightest apology, we simply received rudeness and terrible quality of food. I sincerely hope for the owner, who also seems like a good person, that he will not receive any reports to the ASL or the NAS, because he would probably have some problems for sure. I made a big impression because of them and I even felt bad. They were rude because having the place full, if they lose 3 customers they don't care, we were then corrected and paid the bill, with a 7 EURO DISCOUNT 😂🙈. Poor quality of food, poor service and with a high level of rudeness, I'm writing this review in this way so as not to report them for what happened, because that evening all we had to do was call the police, and they probably would have even closed them for a while. My honesty during dinner was of no use, but I hope that at least the review will save someone's lunch or dinner. Total 130 euros for 4 plates of sushi gone bad and covered in vinegar. Shameful.

02/03/2025: I have been frequenting the Sakura restaurant in Sesto San Giovanni for almost 20 years and I can say with certainty that it has always been a point of reference for quality Japanese cuisine. The sushi is excellent, with very fresh ingredients and dishes prepared with great care. The "All You Can Eat" menu offers incredible variety, with generously cut sashimi and flavor-packed uramaki. Special praise also goes to the recent restyling of the restaurant: the environment has become even more elegant and refined, making the culinary experience even more pleasant and immersive. The service is always impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff. After all these years, Sakura continues to be my favorite Japanese restaurant. Super recommended!

23/03/2025: An 8 is deserved for the quality and freshness of the ingredients (ayce menu) Maybe not much variety. I also tasted the sesame, ginger and macha tea ice cream and that too has an evident quality in the intense flavors. A tip: the soy available at the table is too salty and covers the flavors. Put more explanatory photos in the menu :)

19/03/2025: Very kind staff (there will be at least 6 people), quiet environment, among the first to do Japanese cuisine in Sesto. Since the days of via Timavo I have never tired of Cirashi misto and Sake tempura uramaki or temaki capasanta😍 etc etc A certainty and a lot of quality in the choice of ingredients and in the composition of the dishes.

07/03/2025: I ate really well. You can see that the raw material is excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. I spoke to a waiter who brought us the dishes with great professionalism and timeliness. Very quiet and modern environment. I can only recommend it with 5 stars.
