19/12/2024: Ritornato a distanza di diversi mesi al Fusion di Crema,i miei commensali tutti amici e per la prima volta in questo ristorante.
Ovviamente i complimenti alla location si sprecano da parte loro.
Ci accompagnano al tavolo prenotato,ci sediamo, e subito uno dei due titolari viene a darci il benvenuto.
Era un venerdì sera quindi direi che il locale era praticamente sold out a posti per la cena.
Mise en plâte sempre di buon gusto e raffinata,da notare le bacchette in acciaio satinato fumé.
Carta dei vini direi decisamente ottima,con molte etichette nazionali ed internazionali con vini specialmente Champagne molto importanti. Si può pure scegliere anche un drink a base di cocktail per accompagnare la cena, con una lista infinita
Tra l'altro il ristorante offre un privée proprio al centro dove ci si può chiudere all'interno di questa cantina a vista sul resto del locale,circondata da un sacco di bottiglie.
Il menù offre specialità di pesce freschissimo e lavorato con cucina tutta a vista gli Chef preparano tutto al momento è sotto gli occhi dei clienti.
In una location molto elegante, ha il suo fascino poter vedere preparare ciò che avremo nel piatto.
Si può scegliere oppure lasciarsi consigliare dai camerieri sempre attenti e scrupolosi con i clienti.
Spesso ci sono fuori menù veramente molto interessanti, combinazioni molto particolari,tipo ravioli freschi fatti da loro,ripieni di un formaggio tipico cremasco,con abbinato sopra una tartare di gambero.
Molto interessante.
Noi abbiamo optato per diverse portate veramente particolari ed ottime,anche azzardate come abbinamenti ma sempre equilibrate.
Verso le 23.30 ha iniziato ad alzarsi il volume della musica,e quando tutti i presenti erano oramai al saké il dj ha dato il meglio di sé ed il Fusion si è trasformato in divertimento a 360°.
Conto finale importante, ma comunque lo consiglio vivamente per una serata alternativa.

27/12/2024: Hayashi is a very good sushi restaurant to which I always happily return.
The choice of dishes is very wide, the uramaki are served in pieces of four and not eight so you can try more things and every time the new section is always full of interesting dishes.
In addition to being very good, the plating is always very refined and photogenic, definitely beautiful to look at.
A note of merit for the fried foods which are always dry and light, the ebi sticks are worth having.

15/12/2024: Terrible experience, it's been a long time since I've been back to this place due to the quality of the food. Today I decide to give it another chance, never again! The quality of the food has also worsened, the arrogance of the staff has increased. We had to pay a supplement for a half-eaten roll left on the plate, an inedible courgette flower and a spoonful of rice, stuff that was practically eaten anyway. At the checkout the arrogant and brazen girl wanted to be right at all costs, even though we pointed out to her that what we had left over were crumbs and not entire uneaten dishes, she even wanted to make us pay for a glass broken by my 2 year old son who slipped from his hands. hands while he was drinking, he didn't offer us takeaway, but it would have been ridiculous, but just to go back to the table and finish, not even the children being punished, they had already cleared the table anyway so we weren't allowed to finish or take home . Throughout the service we had to chase the staff because the dishes didn't come out and if they did come out it was such a slow pace that it made you feel hungry, I think it's done on purpose. I will never set foot in this "restaurant" again, there is better in Cremona, no one has ever made me pay extra for a handful of rice or an accidentally broken glass, to be avoided.

02/12/2024: I went there after a long time with my son, who loves this place, for do-it-yourself... That is, ordering from the tablet at the table. Each table has one... Even though it was full the service was fast... Or rather even if it slowed down, rightly so given the people who were there, we enjoyed the good food eaten calmly at intervals... In short, in a way , excellent piece for lunch €15 each... Rare I would say
24/11/2024: Sunday lunch, the all you can eat menu is €15, with cover charge and drinks separately. The service was quite fast (but the place wasn't full) and I found the dishes good, obviously for those who like sushi.

My personal opinion: the sushi is very good.
The restaurant room is very large and you feel at ease.
I was brought by Asian friends and I think this is a guarantee.
As you can see from the photos, the dishes are carefully designed and the fish has its own consistency.
I will definitely come back.
