30/12/2025: Perfect sushi, perfectly cooked rice, a subtle hint of rice vinegar, perfectly cooked, perfect temperature, excellent bite-size consistency. The fish is treated with respect, doesn't smell fishy, ​​has a neutral flavor, and is just the right thickness. The menu is vast; one dinner isn't enough to try everything, so we'll be back! Extremely satisfied.

23/08/2025: Today was our first time here since the renovations. We booked the day before, so we started around 12:00, so we didn't have to wait for a table. Very nice atmosphere, helpful and attentive staff, and smart ordering via tablet. The food is good, although I have some concerns about some dishes. For example, I ordered soy noodles with shrimp. The noodles were plentiful and good, which is a plus, but I only had exactly two small shrimp. Or my son ordered rice with chicken in teriyaki sauce (if I remember correctly), but there were 5-6 small pieces of chicken, and not very large ones. The size was fine, but the rice was plentiful—a lot, too much for the little meat and seasoning. Also, but this is my problem, I prefer bamboo chopsticks. The metal ones are nice and reusable, but they slip in your hands, and it's hard to pick up some foods because they also slide off.
