02/03/2024: Ero stata in questo ristorante un paio di volte anni fa e mi era piaciuto.
Tornata qualche sera fa, è stata un'esperienza pessima. Evidentemente la gestione è cambiata.
Abbiamo ordinato a La carte.
Uramaki pessimi, dolce pessimo, lasciato a metà.
Un piatto di yaki soba aveva il quantitativo di mezza porzione.
Il piatto di gamberi in tempura lo abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte perché non arrivava più e quando è arrivato: aveva 3 gamberi! Fatto presente alla cameriera che sul menù erano indicati 5 gamberi, si è scusata e detto che non ce li avrebbe fatti pagare.
Unica nota positiva: l'ambiente e lo spazio.
Assolutamente non ci tornerò più.

16/03/2024: Classic AYCE a few steps from the Ponte Lungo metro stop.
Very fast and impeccable service, very kind dining room staff.
Price slightly above average (€21 for lunch) quality slightly below average: the salmon sashimi tasted of nothing.
Definitely vast menu, some courses are really worth it.

10/12/2023: Locale molto piccolo, con una scelta più limitata, rispetto al classico concetto di AYCE, ma non per questo meno valido. Sapori molto equilibrati e proprietaria gentilissima. Forse, vanno leggermente diminuite le porzioni, nel numero dei pezzi, perché non a tutti può piacere lo stesso piatto, soprattutto se si è in due.

09/03/2024: I ordered at home, it arrived after more than 1 hour, later than the time expected by Justeat.
We had never been so dissatisfied eating a jappo, we left several things behind, including the sashimi, which was extremely greasy. The grilled ravioli are good, the spring rolls are average.
Maybe it was just a series of unfavorable circumstances, but we didn't have a good time

10/09/2023: I always go to Junsei Sushi at Salary Center. The food is excellent but the best thing is the girl who is always at the bar. It is truly a rare pearl. If everyone had a staff like that they would make a fortune. She is the girl on duty this afternoon and who practically lives in there because she is always present. I compliment her on how she treats her customers and I congratulate you for choosing her because she is really good and should be valued even more. I go there mainly because of how he treats me and his smile. Thank you so much, you are a rare gem.

Too often I have tasted starched dishes in different flavors, more or less similar on the palate like a dress from H&M. here, however, the tailor is there and puts a tailor-made Haute Couture dish on the table

06/04/2024: What an incredible and intimate atmosphere. The cocktails are very original and the place is very pleasant and calm. We waited 15 minutes before getting a table. For cocktails, forget about classics, we didn't know any. Allow €16 for a cocktail.

26/03/2024: I'm telling you about my experience during the Daruma Masterclass which was given to me by my partner.
David followed us throughout the journey: 3 hours of journey through Japanese cuisine with a little theory at the beginning and a lot of practice afterwards together with chef Randy. At the end they also give you a little book where you can then redo everything that is said during the lesson at home, thanks to the simple text and photos that show everything in a clear and easy to understand way.
Thanks again to David for his kindness, for his impeccable professionalism and for immersing us in this world. I also thank all the rest of his staff who welcomed us and treated us in an exemplary manner for the entire duration of the masterclass.
Highly recommended as a couple's gift!
22/03/2024: Attracted by the new vegan proposals (but not only), we decided to have dinner here. The place is small, but very nice, near the Milvio bridge.
It doesn't offer an all-you-can-eat formula, and the menu is less extensive than the classic sushi places, but quality is certainly prioritized over quantity.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a small welcome (roll with tuna, avocado and truffle). We tried the three vegan rolls, some fish rolls and the udon rolls.
Vegan rolls are very tasty, especially the smoked tofu ones.
Among the fish rolls, we took the spicy salmon (I wasn't crazy about it, I think we should add some vegetables) and the tropical vibe roll, which I highly recommend.
The fish is very good and the rice is delicate and light (not the classic sticky and indigestible rice of some all you can eat).
Possible to choose Japanese beers and teas.
Average prices.
Very kind and always available staff.

14/02/2024: Siamo tornati per San Valentino nel nostro amato Romakinho. Vorrei potervi dire che é ancora uno dei 3-4 ristoranti di sushi più buoni di Roma. Vorrei potervi dire che i loro cocktail brasileiri sono ancora il top. Vorrei tante cose. Ma la realtà é che dopo 1 ora e trenta di attesa abbiamo bevuto un calice di vino e bevuto dell' acqua. Mentre ci alzavamo, per dovere di cronaca, sono arrivati due tacos. Il problema é che anche il resto della sala non ha ricevuto nulla in più di un'ora. Mi spiace sinceramente, ma purtroppo aprire su due turni e toppare l intera preparazione di un intero turno é un errore grave di organizzazione della cucina. Le ragazze di sala non hanno colpe, tuttavia PURTROPPO bisogna recensire quel che si é mangiato: nulla.
Spero di tornare e trovare una situazione migliorata
04/02/2024: Siamo tornati perché eravamo stati in questo ristorante diversi anni fa e l'esperienza era stata molto positiva. Mi dispiace ma l'abbiamo trovato molto cambiato, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il servizio. Abbiamo aspettato un'ora prima di ricevere l'ordine, praticamente per quando il sushi è arrivato avevo perso l'appetito. in tutto questo tempo il personale non si è curato minimamente di noi ed era difficile anche ottenere la loro attenzione, i piatti venivano poi lasciati sul tavolo senza nemmeno uno sguardo. Scusate ma se pago la media di 35€ a persona mi aspetto un servizio superiore a quello di un fast food. Per la lentezza e soprattutto la poca cura nel servizio non credo torneremo più.

27/09/2023: My review unfortunately will not concern the food, the environment or the dining room staff, but only the terrible booking service and the treatment I was offered, as I did not have the pleasure of experiencing this restaurant (which I absolutely wanted to try as I was found very well by Krudo at Ponte Milvio); in fact, after having booked a table on The Fork as always done in the other restaurant, and thinking that the confirmation of the reservation was enough to be sure, I found myself making a 40 minute car journey to the restaurant in vain, given that as soon as I arrived in front of the venue to find everything turned off, the door closed and a note saying "closed for private event". Furthermore, the absurd thing, in addition to the confirmed reservation, is that Google Maps also told me that the place was open normally. But do you want to inform us that the reservation has been canceled because of your dicks? I would have preferred that to finding out for myself only once I arrived. I would say that this treatment is enough to never see me in your place again.

In the indicated price per person I also considered an excellent bottle of wine which accounted for around 40% of the total.
16/03/2024: I arrive at 10.50pm as they told me on the phone that the kitchen closed at 11pm.
Ate in a hurry with the waiters who couldn't wait for me to leave and continually took away my plates while I was still eating...
at 11.55pm they had already cleared everything away for me.
Never eaten so fast in my life. Don't accept reservations at 11pm if you then force people to leave after an hour after paying 100 euros per bill.
I will never go back there again
