03/06/2026: I want to extend my sincere compliments to this restaurant and its entire staff for the unique experience they provide from start to finish. Forget the all-you-can-eat mentality: here you can experience true, authentic Japanese culinary culture, with dishes that transport your mind and palate directly to Japan. Perfect examples include salmon cooked according to the traditional Japanese fishermen's recipe and the wide selection of nigiri, made with exquisite fish varieties that are far removed from the usual offerings found in Italy. The variations with toro (the renowned tuna belly) and wild salmon stand out for their rarity and quality.
The raw materials are always excellent: the fish is of the highest quality, complemented by genuine certified wagyu, recipes executed to perfection, and service is impeccable to say the least. The staff is highly competent, knows every dish down to the last detail, and offers personalized attention, making every customer feel pampered and satisfied.
The attention to detail is also reflected in the dining room layout: unlike many other restaurants, the tables are never too close together. They are large and spacious, even those for two, ensuring all diners the right amount of intimacy and impeccable privacy.
The value for money, considering the quality of the menu, the service, and the location, is truly excellent. The venue is ideal for romantic dinners, business meetings, and even group events thanks to the availability of private rooms. The underground parking is also very convenient.
