04/02/2026: A small but well-maintained restaurant in the center of Rimini. You sit on small fold-out wooden cubes where you can store your belongings. The ramen is delicious, with generous portions and well-cooked food. You share a table with other people.

23/01/2026: I regularly order from Shinsei on Deliveroo, and honestly, everything is always perfect! Punctual delivery, meticulous attention to detail, and above all, high-quality sushi—you can immediately taste the superior ingredients.
It's primarily a takeout restaurant, but their sushi far surpasses other places in the area in terms of taste and quality! For me, it's the best sushi in the area, the one you can't go wrong with every time. Highly recommended!! Try it and believe it! And they're incredibly kind!
16/11/2025: I've eaten their sushi several times but I've never taken the time to leave a review. It's a bit expensive but the fish is always fresh and you can taste the quality of the products used.

The decor is typical Japanese restaurant style, and I appreciated the open kitchen. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable about the dishes they offer.

14/09/2025: Delicious sushi, cozy atmosphere with very pleasant background music. They have a nice menu, they welcomed us with a truly delicious entrée, we then ordered the roll menu and the azuki menu, and a mix of the "exotic" huramaki special that the guy recommended to us—a perfect choice! Excellent drinks from the menu (I had the Moscow mule), wines by the glass, and beers. Fair prices, parking nearby. I recommend it!

17/12/2025: I highly recommend this small but efficient place, the staff are welcoming and very knowledgeable, not everyone likes me. I noticed the cleanliness of the Sushiman and the order he kept inside the fish display case, very well prepared, excellent sushi.
