23/02/2025: I have eaten at this restaurant three times, and on each occasion I have been extremely satisfied. Apart from the excellent quality of the food, with for example the ramen cooked for 72 hours, it is worth mentioning the extreme friendliness and courtesy of Mr. Hashimoto, who entertained our dinner by telling us the story behind each dish.

High quality fish and kind and attentive staff (I'm allergic to shellfish and they always know how to suggest valid alternatives or replace shellfish without distorting the dish that normally contains them). The expense is proportional to the quality.

La cameriera è stata brillante e la sua accurata spiegazione dei piatti ha reso il tutto più magico. Molto brava e professionale, cosa non scontata. La qualità del cibo è altissima, i sapori e gli equilibri tra i vari ingredienti ci hanno positivamente sorpresi. Sicuramente ritorneremo e lo consigliamo.

The “Trailer” is a real culinary experience: generous assortments of appetizers, grilled, raw or fried dishes that arrive at the table like small fleets of marine flavours. Perfect for those who want to taste a bit of everything without having to choose, ideal to share with friends or as a couple. The fish is fresh, well prepared, and the portions are decidedly generous. The atmosphere is lively, with friendly and attentive staff, even when it's busy. You can breathe that typical lightness of summer, between chatting, laughing and toasting under the soft lights. In summary: La Siesta is a recommended stop for those who want to eat well, in a convivial way and without taking themselves too seriously. They also brought us the dishes all together, like a low quality place, they invaded our table, when I thought it was a proper restaurant...completely failed, trust me
