Inspired by the many rumors about the restaurant, we opted for their tasting menu.
I don't want to describe it so as not to spoil the experience for anyone who wants to try it, but I can only say: wow!
I believe their ambition is to make a mark on the local restaurant scene, and they're on the right track!

The burnt rice with butterfish (I hope I'm not mistaken about the name)…
One of the best dishes I've had in recent months!

18/08/2025: We've been wanting to try Sushina, a restaurant on Cervia's canal, for a long time, given the positive reviews from previous guests. And if our expectations were high, the feedback was no different. Everything was truly excellent. Favorite dishes: lobster gunkan, mackerel nigiri, and Japanese shrimp spaghetti. The staff was efficient and extremely friendly. We drank an excellent bottle of Albana rosé. Prices are moderately high, but we think the value is excellent.

01/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati con la famiglia per un pranzo abbiamo trovato subito un ottima accoglienza, personale gentile, servizio attento e veloce. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo dall antipasto , ai primi, al fritto, un polpo scottato buonissimo !
Anche i dolci molto buoni!
Consigliatissimo! Anzi di sicuro ritorneremo!
27/04/2025: Ristorante di livello dove materie prime, servizio e ottimi piatti sono protagonisti. Ampia scelta dei vini, struttura adattissimo ad eventi aziendali.
