15/02/2025: Valentine's Day, I send a reservation request at 8.30pm, (the idea was an evening in an elegant and private place with good food, we had had a good impression a few years before) they contacted me telling me that they would take the reservation for 9.30pm, ok. Once there, we immediately realized that they had accepted way more reservations than available seats. We found ourselves with 6 or 7 other couples at the tiny entrance, with the staff in total confusion who, in addition to seating the next couple without any criteria, also served the tables. We sat down after 20-25 minutes of waiting only because I told a staff that I had a reservation at 9.30pm (I hope I didn't bypass anyone), the room looked very different from what we remembered: they had placed tables in every corner and goodbye romantic and private atmosphere. Once seated and having decided on the dishes, I had to signal to the waiter as in the tavern to be able to make myself noticed by the staff for the order, service staff decidedly insufficient. They brought us two glasses of wine and 2 cold fried shrimps in the covered setting. I must have waited 3 quarters of an hour, it was almost 11pm, I ask a waitress how far along our order was, she replies: "yes, yes" hastily and disappears completely ignoring the request. We ask another staff, urging the order. We wait another 20 minutes, nothing. We finish the wine and approach the cash register. To our complaints, they replied that we were the "third shift" (you read that right, third!) and that the average wait of the other customers was the same too (but seriously?!!?! Hahaha). The icing on the cake: the staff told us that since one of the dishes ordered had been prepared, we would have had to take it away and pay for it on the bill. Appalled by this attitude, not only of total disinterest in the customer, but I would even say of arrogance, we pay cover charge, wine and water and leave the restaurant. 15/02/2025: Giorno di San Valentino, mando una richiesta di prenotazione 20.30, (l'idea era una serata in un locale elegante e riservato con del buon cibo, avevamo avuto una buona impressione qualche anno prima) mi ricontattano dicendomi che avrebbero preso la prenotazione per le 21.30, ok. Una volta lì, ci siamo subito resi conto che avevano accettato moooolte più prenotazioni dei coperti disponibili. Ci siamo ritrovati con altre 6 o 7 coppie all'ingresso minuscolo, con il personale in totale confusione che oltre a far sedere la coppia successiva senza un criterio, serviva pure ai tavoli. Ci siamo seduti dopo 20-25 minuti d'attesa solo perché ho riferito ad uno staff di avere una prenotazione alle 21.30 (spero di non avere scavalcato nessuno), la sala si presentava molto diversa da quello che ricordavamo: avevano piazzato tavolini in ogni angolo e addio atmosfera romantica e riservata. Una volta seduti e aver deciso i piatti, ho dovuto far segno al cameriere come all'osteria per riuscire a farmi notare dal personale per la comanda, personale di servizio decisamente insufficiente. Ci hanno portato i due calici di vino e 2 gamberetti fritti freddi nel coperto. Dovo aver aspettato 3 quarti d'ora, si erano fatte quasi le 23, chiedo ad una cameriera a che punto fosse la nostra ordinazione, risponde: "si, si" con fare sbrigativo e si dilegua ignorando totalmente la richiesta. Chiediamo ad un altro staff, sollecitando l'ordine. Attendiamo altri 20 minuti, nulla. Finiamo il vino e ci avviciniamo alla cassa. Alle nostre lamentele, loro rispondono che noi eravamo il "terzo turno" (avete letto bene, terzo!) e che l'attesa media anche degli altri clienti era la stessa (ma serio?!!?! Ahahah). Ciliegina sulla torta: il personale ci dice che siccome uno dei piatti ordinati era stato preparato, avremmo dovuto portarcelo d' asporto e pagarlo nel conto. Allibito da questo atteggiamento, non solo di totale disinteresse per il cliente, ma direi anche di strafottenza, paghiamo coperto, vino e acqua e lasciamo il ristorante. 07/08/2024: I've always liked sushi here! Congratulations to the new management! I recommend the Philadelphia roll with raw salmon and the Japanese rolls!

03/01/2025: Although the store is a bit small, it has a very warm feeling, is simple and clean, and has delicious food. It is the best restaurant I have ever eaten in. I recommend everyone to try it.

26/02/2025: Two story restaurant, the upper one is more of "atmosphere". Medium-high quality, quite varied menu. I recommend the gyoza, the shao-mai steamed dumplings, and the gynza. The all-you-can-it formula is also possible, definitely valid compared to many others in Parma.

17/02/2025: I came back after years and it got a lot worse. Same long and cold dishes. Unfortunately I won't be returning again.
