I migliori ristoranti di cucina giapponese in Parma

26/10/2024: Tutti i piatti che abbiamo scelto erano buoni , freschissimi e ben presentati .L'unica osservazione che mi sento di fare , è il modo approssimativo di prendere gli ordini , organizzatevi meglio .

29/09/2024: Hanami è sempre stato il mio ristorante Sushi preferito di Parma, data la vasta scelta di roll con ingredienti ricercati e pesce cotto (non essendo grande amante del crudo). Purtroppo, il cambio della gestione ha portato ad un abbassamento qualitativo dei piatti, oltre ad un cambio totale del menù. Non ero consapevole di questo stravolgimento e ci sono rimasto particolarmente male, non ne vale la pena considerando anche il costo. Nota positiva: Personale sempre molto cordiale.

14/07/2024: I went to dinner with my wife at this restaurant and we won't be back. Diner-style environment with Asian sauce, biblical-style waiting times between one course and another, for two vegetable starters, one served after a quarter of an hour and the other after another 10 minutes, same thing for the other two courses, I show up to pay the bill and the Japanese comment "Everything is very good yes?!", but do me a favor.... Heartburn in the evening. Bye Bye Fuji I went to dinner with my wife at this restaurant and we won't be back. 31/07/2024: We called to book and as my partner was pregnant we asked if the air conditioning was working, they promptly replied "YES". We travel our 20 km to go to the restaurant since my partner was "craving" sushi. We arrive at the venue and it was cracking from the heat because the air conditioning was broken (like last year). We lasted 40 minutes and wanted to leave quickly. Even though we explained what happened, the only thing they said to us was "I'm sorry about the heat". Never again!

23/06/2024: Barca sushi looks like it did a few years ago...top....the delivery guy is super friendly! Let's hope it's always like this!!!

22/01/2024: The downside to leaving an excellent review is that next time I risk not finding a place😂. Leaving aside alleged and non-existent influencer powers, I want to say that this is the best all you can eat in Parma. But hands down. Larger than average uramaki, large nigiri, dishes never found elsewhere. Excellent! It feels like eating in an à la carte restaurant but with an all-you-can-eat formula. Endlessly recommended!!!

19/12/2023: Terrible service: 1:30 wait for 2 carpaccio and 4 SUSHI. They told us they had a lot of takeaway reservations after 60 minutes had passed and I had seen 1 course. We got nervous and left. Ditto the only other 2 customers who, like us, had their evening ruined. €30 for not eating anything. The owner also had an arrogant attitude making it clear that he wouldn't care about my review: RIDICULOUS. Luckily there is a good pizzeria across the street. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
