Excellent food... very friendly staff and the dishes of Daniela, the owner and chef, are nothing short of exquisite...

04/01/2025: It's not one of the many chains! Excellent dishes, plentiful and well presented even in the takeaway service. Always kind and available to make some changes in case of particular dietary needs. He deserves top marks for the passion he puts into his work!

We tried sushi roll, ramen, and seafood gyoza. If we had been blindfolded, it would have been impossible for us to determine the contents of the dishes, other than the (moderate) spiciness of the ramen.
From the general tone of the reviews I seem to understand that people from Parma have never tried Japanese cuisine.
05/01/2025: Good quality of fish, some combinations a bit standard all-you-can-eat, slightly overpowering flavors without being too pleasant in the mouth. The nigiri with scallop was excellent even if there was some sand in mine. Value for money not too balanced but for the first time since I have been eating sushi I have tried some excellent fish gyoza, giving to Caesar what is Caesar's

Diner-style environment with Asian sauce, biblical-style waiting times between one course and another, for two vegetable starters, one served after a quarter of an hour and the other after another 10 minutes, same thing for the other two courses, I show up to pay the bill and the Japanese comment "Everything is very good yes?!", but do me a favor.... Heartburn in the evening. Bye Bye Fuji

23/12/2024: Since they did all you can yeat and changed the chefs, unfortunately I have eaten very badly, but what has made me most angry is (the cleanliness): the tables underneath are all dirty, the glass is unwatchable and the shocking cold... for the way I ate and was it's really expensive. NEVER AGAIN 😩
29/09/2024: Yesterday my mother and I decided to go to sushi, we arrived at 9:00 pm, the pizzeria next door was full of people while the so-called sushi bar was empty, this is the first thing, secondly we didn’t like the pricing policy and the menu of 12 dishes for 30 euro you can say there is sushi and one dish is eight sushi and I will say no, we were given two sushi per dish. I don't recommend it at all

26/07/2024: Il locale è bello anche se un po’ cupo.
Mi ha molto deluso la bassa qualità del cibo ma soprattutto la limitata scelta dal menù all you can eat, veramente imbarazzante. Si potevano ordinare 2 piatti a testa ogni 6 minuti e a partire dalle ore 14 il personale ho iniziato ad avvisare che la cucina stava per chiudere.
Ho provato diversi sushi di parma e fino ad adesso Crudo è stato il più deludente.
Prezzo nella norma degli altri competitor.
Non ritorneró, c’è decisamente di meglio.
16/07/2024: Ho girato tantissimi sushi un po’ dappertutto ed è la prima volta che mi sono scontrato con l’opzione di porer prenotare 2 piatti a persona ogni 10 minuti!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anni fa i sushi all you can eat avevano la possibilità di un ordinazione illimitata adesso non in tutti i posti ma cercano di limitare le spese facendo agiiungere al carrello 10 pitti in 10 minuti che già è un bel passo indietro rispetto a quello che ci avevano abituato!!! Il trattamento di questo fantomatico all you can eat è a limiti del ridicolo oltretutto il menù è molto limitato ci sono pochissime scelte sempre facendo riferimento agli altri competitor e i camerieri tutti i italiani mi spiace dirlo ma rispetto ai nostri bistrattati cinesi/giapponesi ne hanno da imparare sia come servizio che velocità che educazione e preparazione!!!!!!! Imparare a lavorare
