28/09/2025: My husband and I arrived at 2:00 PM, thinking we'd be able to have lunch in an hour.
There were several free tables, but the waitress sat us in a corner at the back of the room where we had no cell service and the Wi-Fi was spotty.
We explained the problem to the waitress, since the menu was only accessible via the app, but she said she couldn't help us.
The menu (all you can eat) was very limited in selection and disorganized.
We were finally putting a few dishes in our cart when, suddenly, the line dropped and the cart emptied.
We got up and left.
No one asked us why.
Obviously, we'll never return.
24/09/2025: It's almost a shame to go to other restaurants to eat, I've never tasted such fresh and well-prepared sushi by choosing the all-you-can-eat option, I think they compete with themselves because it's incomparable to any sushi prepared in the city, congratulations!

21/04/2025: Basho is a real gem. Over the years, we have returned several times and have never been disappointed. However, we have noticed a notable improvement.
From the entrance to the moment of the bill, every detail is taken care of with a passion and professionalism that can be clearly perceived.
The place is welcoming, with a refined atmosphere, but the real added value lies in the people.
A special thanks to the impeccable management of Mattia, who knows how to combine competence and customer attention in a rare way. It's clear how much he cares, and that really makes a difference.
Applause also goes to Giovanni, professional, friendly and attentive: his service was simply perfect, always present but never intrusive, with a courtesy that deserves to be underlined.
The menu is refined, with very fresh raw materials.
We will return every time we return to Cosenza.

01/12/2024: Il peggior sushi di Cosenza e hinterland.
Non mi era mai capitato di non riuscire a ingoiare del sushi. il pesce aveva un forte odore di ammoniaca.il sapore incommentabile.

04/08/2023: Il mio locale preferito, ha tutto! Servizio, location, qualità eccezionali. Ci sono tornato dopo che cenai ma era il primo giorno e provai solo salmone. Ora c'era tutto ed è stato come la volta scorsa, eccezionale. La precedente recensione l'ho fatta al ristorante L'altro lato e visto che non mi permette di farne un'altra se non trascorre un mese, adesso la faccio a Jindai. Ma nulla cambia perché da voi non si sbaglia. Devo però fare i complimenti allo staff in sala. Dell'accoglienza in poi, siete davvero eccezionali. Il maitre in sala è una persona fantastica, sempre presente e sorridente con ottimi consigli. A presto e chi legge questa recensione, faccia un salto in questo locale... non se ne pentirà. Complimenti
