22/11/2025: The food was excellent, and the price was also good, but the service wasn't exactly excellent. On both our first and second orders, several dishes we ordered didn't arrive, and we had to ask the waiters several times to bring them (which they didn't do). Furthermore, three times we received dishes we never ordered.
This means that the order taker isn't paying attention.
We asked for dishes we ordered for the fifth time, and nothing was brought. Since you pay, it's fair to get what you want.

21/04/2025: Basho is a true gem. Over the years, we've returned several times, never disappointed. We have, however, noticed a significant improvement.
From the moment we walked in to the bill, every detail is attended to with a passion and professionalism that is clearly evident.
The place is welcoming, with a refined atmosphere, but the real added value lies in the people.
Special thanks to Mattia's impeccable management, who knows how to combine expertise and customer service in a rare way. It's clear how much he cares, and that truly makes the difference.
Kudos also to Giovanni, professional, friendly, and attentive: his service was simply perfect, always present but never intrusive, with a courtesy that deserves to be highlighted.
The menu is refined, with the freshest ingredients.
We will return every time we return to Cosenza.

11/02/2025: Gran comida, menú variado, servicio rápido, precios asequibles y personal profesional. Nos gustó mucho el nuevo interior. Fue una experiencia agradable.

Non mi era mai capitato di non riuscire a ingoiare del sushi. il pesce aveva un forte odore di ammoniaca.il sapore incommentabile.

04/08/2023: Il mio locale preferito, ha tutto! Servizio, location, qualità eccezionali. Ci sono tornato dopo che cenai ma era il primo giorno e provai solo salmone. Ora c'era tutto ed è stato come la volta scorsa, eccezionale. La precedente recensione l'ho fatta al ristorante L'altro lato e visto che non mi permette di farne un'altra se non trascorre un mese, adesso la faccio a Jindai. Ma nulla cambia perché da voi non si sbaglia. Devo però fare i complimenti allo staff in sala. Dell'accoglienza in poi, siete davvero eccezionali. Il maitre in sala è una persona fantastica, sempre presente e sorridente con ottimi consigli. A presto e chi legge questa recensione, faccia un salto in questo locale... non se ne pentirà. Complimenti
