31/07/2024: Good morning,
I was very disappointed with my recent experience at your establishment. As soon as I arrived, they sat me down and asked me if we wanted some water and we kindly asked for a bottle.
Less than a minute after this request the boy arrived telling us if we were ready to order, but we still didn't have the menu in hand...
I would say a little unacceptable.
After about 5 minutes he returned to the table asking us again if we were ready to order, we were asked to order and then if necessary place another order afterwards, so we ordered the little we had decided and asked us twice more if we wanted some. 'waterfall.
But still no trace of the bottle of water... it arrived at the table about 10 minutes after ordering.
After about 35/40 minutes from the order, the dish we requested arrived, REALLY GOOD SUSHI...
During dinner time I listened to the same song "you're a woman" by bad boys blue 4 times, I would say quite a bit annoying...
Service needs improvement except the kindness of the guys...
Good food, quality/price.

Ordinavamo spesso da questo locale che ritengo abbia sushi di ottima qualità. Purtroppo la valutazione non proprio positiva dipende dalla consegna: ritardi anche di un' ora, scuse continue, app che permette di inserire un'orario ma che, sistematicamente, sfora di tantissimo.
La qualità non basta: serve la cura del cliente che, purtroppo, non ho trovato.

10/03/2024: It's the third time I've been there, the staff is friendly, the dishes are good. I am neither a lover nor a connoisseur of oriental cuisine, but I come to eat it here with great pleasure, one of the few, it is certainly among my favourites.

01/10/2023: Con le mie due figlie, ogni tanto, pranziamo "giapponese" e ci piace provare i vari locali, quindi abbiamo voluto testare "l'erede" del Tensei (dove abbiamo sempre mangiato bene) e devo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti.
Tutto buono, ottimi ingredienti e cottura, ottimo anche il crudo, impiattato con cura, ma soprattutto (per me che bado al contenuto) i migliori involtini primavera ed i migliori ravioli della città. Inoltre il personale è stato gentilissimo

30/03/2024: The location on google maps is wrong, we had to call to understand where the place was, going half way around Catanzaro. Very kind staff, from the welcome to the description of the dishes but service a little slow given the few seats. The tempura was very good with the banana sauce, but the sushi was very disappointing. The uramaki with fried prawn and spring onion were good, but the platter made by the chef was a disaster. Unfortunately none of the uramaki were spot on. They were simply all the same base, with random ingredients placed on top like onion and pesto. I'm sorry to say it but they were competing with simple all-you-can-eat uramaki, and paying 50 euros for them is madness. There is no comparison with wasabi, the quality/price ratio is too poor and in terms of taste and ingredients it is a cut above. I hope it was a bad day for the chef, but I have to say that if I hadn't had the 50% discount with the fork my review would have been very different.
28/03/2024: Unexpected menu increase. Be careful because it's a routine. We felt robbed and the clerk at the checkout with an arrogant and not at all friendly attitude did not acknowledge our point out the obvious mistake. Absolutely to be avoided.
