20/07/2025: We dined at Sal8 and I was delighted with the welcome and hospitality of the staff. The food is divinely good, the staff attentive and French-speaking, and the atmosphere is relaxed. I recommend it without reservation. Bravo to the entire team.

19/07/2025: It's not just a restaurant, it's an experience. Exceptional dishes with indescribable flavors. Excellent service: attentive, but never intrusive. The welcome glass of wine was much appreciated. The appetizer, in my opinion, captured the original essence of this restaurant: intriguing combinations, sensational textures, and flavors you can't understand until you try them. We live in Lombardy, but we hope to be able to return specifically to eat at this special place once again. Congratulations and thank you for everything.

15/06/2025: I was looking for an air-conditioned place and we ended up here by chance. The air conditioners were there but turned off and we hoped that with all the windows open it would be less than 30 degrees outside. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. The menu was fixed and not à la carte. We weren't told the price and we ordered bruschetta, an appetizer and a half and two second courses. Slow service. The food wasn't great. I asked for the bill and I saw the person really struggling. In the end he came up with €45 randomly. Undeserved and oversized. Too bad. There is also potential for the idea of the farm to attract children but there is still a lot of work to be done on it.

11/06/2025: Very tasty food (pizza, bruschetta) at a good price. Parking right outside. Very friendly.
