20/06/2025: On Saturday evening, we were intrigued by the renovated location of Freestate, a culinary gem nestled in the heart of Ruvo di Puglia. Welcomed by the warmth of Angelo, Gianfranco and Raffaella, masters of hospitality, we found not just a dinner, but a pleasant experience.
The pizzas? True symphonies of taste: fragrant, varied, prepared with skill and selected ingredients. The staff, professional and smiling, made the evening even more enjoyable. To frame everything, a terrace overlooking a majestic square, illuminated by the magical light of the full moon.
An evening that nourished the body and spirit. I recommend it and we will return, to taste new specialties ... and to feel pampered and at home once again.

06/07/2025: Amazing night at La Torre!! Incredible service, delicious food, and the resident cat Bella was adorable. The higher pasta prices are well worth the attentiveness and overall experience that you get with the meal, as well as the quality of the dishes. Don’t skip the burrata! Would go again if we could :)
04/07/2025: Wonderful location, located in a small square in the historic center of Lecce, far from the general chaos. Mrs. Manuela welcomed us with kindness and sympathy. The staff at the service recommended exceptional typical products (including burrata with anchovies and focaccia with caramelized onion and aubergines). Wines to pair with the courses carefully recommended. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat local food of the highest level! We will be back!

Crudi buoni.
Preso un tagliolino aglio e olio com gamberi e tartufo, prezzo molto alto rispetto alla qualità della presentazione, la salsa a mio parere era troppo lenta e per 22€ il piatto deve essere impeccabile.
L'altro primo é stato uno spaghetto ai frutti di mare, buono ma sempre con margini di miglioramento.
Non mi sento di dare un voto a quello che loro chiamano tiramisù.
Camerieri simpatici in pieno spirito Bari.
Nel complesso un locale con del potenziale e ampi margini di miglioramento per location e cucina. Prezzo troppo alto per quello che offre.

20/06/2025: Sushi almost completely non-existent, empty roll, if you asked for something they looked at you strangely enough to make you uncomfortable asking again. Fruit only 2 bananas passed away, half empty trays, only leftover food from lunch, THE END forever!!!
08/06/2025: Wide choice of very good food at an acceptable price. I was disappointed by the 0.750 mineral water at 2.50 euros

25/06/2025: Deliciosos panini y almuerzos familiares también fueron excelentes. Buen servicio también y ambiente muy hermoso. No probé el dolce, pero se vio excelente.
19/06/2025: Per due aperitivi scarso più una bottiglia di acqua più un caffè 35 euro . Siamo a monopoli non al Duomo di Milano . Peccato!
