13/09/2025: The products are high-quality and good, but the staff leaves much to be desired. I've started going there less and less, precisely because of one waitress in particular, who, unfortunately, I found on Friday, September 12th, working in the morning. She's rude, impolite, and looks at you dirtyly as soon as you enter, as if she's annoyed by your presence. She doesn't greet you, doesn't listen, and has a long face and looks down her nose—in short, an opinion shared by other people there: a very bad image for a nice café. The tables are very dirty. The service is often slow and indifferent. Now that I see this girl is back (it's been a while since I've seen her), I don't think I'll return. Very often, what matters most is courtesy and politeness. But in Fiume Veneto, there are many other extremely high-quality places with much better service—I'd say impeccable. I'll go there from now on.
12/09/2025: The ladies at the counter and cash register are rude and extremely slow. Terrible experience! I don't recommend it!

23/11/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas, both with fries. I couldn't fault the punctuality of the delivery, but the quality of the ingredients (especially considering the high price of the pizzas) was very poor. The fries weren't at all fresh, they were rubbery and stale, even in taste. The pizza arrived lukewarm.

15/07/2025: If you have a choice, no. The service is terrible. Slow. Little attention to the customer, even when there are very few of them. It seems like they're doing you a favor and with great effort they take your order and make a coffee. The ice cream is yesterday's or something else. I wouldn't risk eating it. Let's leave the coffee alone... Maybe you don't have to wait that long at a bar in a shopping mall, but you should expect the minimum anyway...

24/04/2025: Ho fatto il drive… per ogni ordine ci hanno messo minimo 15 min, prossima volta vado a quello di san dona’, almeno ci mettono 2 min a ordine
29/03/2025: ogni volta che vengo a prendere qualcosa da asporto, perdono l'ordine, quando faccio notare che sono andati avanti di 20 ordini iniziano a prepararlo, dimenticano sempre i toast e solo quando torno indietro a riferire, senza neanche una scusa, me li buttano nel sacchetto. stasera sono tornata a casa dopo un'ora di attesa, apro la scatola del mio crispy (come sempre versione Ikea) e sorpresaa! non è il crispy che avevo chiesto (avevo ordinato uno Smoky)
imparate a leggere gli ordini, la gente non ha sempre tempo di controllare sul posto
