31/10/2025: We ate divinely. It's not our first time here, and it certainly won't be our last. It's become a true mountain staple for us. The deliciousness of the food, incredibly fresh and locally sourced, the friendly and helpful service, and the skill of the chef make this trattoria a true gem.
The game is excellent, but my favorite dish is the gnocchi del poverello with butter and smoked ricotta—truly excellent and authentic, a simple dish with flavors that evoke childhood memories.
5 stars to Cervo Bianco 😋
26/10/2025: Authentic cuisine, just like the owners. The venison ragù was good, as was the roe deer. The house wine was good, and there was even the great artist Mauro Corona!

23/10/2024: Struttura curata ed accogliente. I gestori sono gentilissimi e l'atmosfera famigliare. Preferibile prenotare in quanto i posti all'interno sono pochi. Ottima la cucina con piatti squisiti e prelibati. Consiglio, in particolare, gli gnocchi al formaggio frant una delizia per il palato. Che dire: 5 stelle sono poche. Consigliato vivamente!!!!
28/08/2024: Fedeli al pranzo al sacco abbiamo comunque voluto provare a pranzare in rifugio seguito buone recensioni ma, senza nulla togliere alla qualità del cibo, il servizio in generale è risultato pessimo poiché giunti alle 14 ci viene detto più volte di portare pazienza perché era terminato tutto e dovevano quindi rimettersi ai fornelli (notare che prima di noi c’erano già altre persone che attendevano…)
dopo un’ora d’attesa senza ricevere nulla al tavolo, ci vengono servite le 2 portate con 4 grissini in croce (al posto del pane poiché ahimè anche quello era finito), acqua (da rubinetto) ed una birra in bottiglia da 0,33 (purtroppo neanche la birra media presente in menù c’era), e convinti che i dolci fossero fatti in casa abbiamo ordinato appositamente una crostata che purtroppo risultava essere di quelle confezionate (giustificandosi che non erano in grado di farla visto la mole di lavoro), il tutto per un totale di 45 euro.

The food leaves nothing to be desired.
