05/08/2025: People. Unfriendly to customers. Constant arguments among the staff. Never here again. Since you also responded, thank you. If someone stops by your place early in the morning for a coffee and a croissant, it means they care about their place; it's not their first time here, and they know how things are. To think that part of their family also comes here, so they already know how things go. But if someone walks in and sees the girls arguing and banging the coffee machines because they're angry, making an absurd noise, and you, as the boss, don't say anything, the management is flawed. To be fair, I paid immediately, and while waiting for my order, I also wanted to get a croissant to take home for the family. But if you, as the staff, keep telling me more than three times that I have to sit down, and you don't see that I'm still buying goods, it means you're not paying attention. Plus, you huff and puff and say out loud that you can't stand your coworkers anymore, it doesn't look good. When I ask, "Excuse me, a little patience, I notice that today might be a bad day," I'm told, "Well, we're very quick at serving." Speed isn't what makes a place valuable; that morning, 80% of your customers were elderly. Tell me, why all this?! They keep repeating, "Please, sit down!" in a harsh tone. The extra croissants I bought at home only had a little pistachio in the middle. Are you really kidding, or do you also want to acknowledge that people can be treated well, and not just based on their mood? What reason do you have for not saying anything, especially in front of everyone, when faced with arguments among the staff? Arrogance, do you feel that way? I mean, I'm supposed to accept everything like this, after years of getting croissants and coffee from you, along with family and friends? You're kidding, right? I wish you more wisdom in the future.
14/05/2025: Ciao , Overall, taking my breakfast at La Brasserie was a pleasure from beginning to end. The products and service created a memorable experience between the proprietary “staff” and costumer’s for a great atmosphere. Ottimo
