03/02/2025: The Montelusino Restaurant, immersed in the greenery of the Reggio Emilia hills, offers a welcoming and peaceful environment. I particularly appreciated the specialties of traditional Emilian cuisine, such as homemade tortelli and roast meats. The staff is courteous and attentive to customer needs. During the summer, it is pleasant to dine outdoors, while in the colder seasons, the warmth of the fireplace creates an intimate atmosphere. An authentic culinary experience that I highly recommend.

21/12/2024: Traditional restaurant with very good and abundant Tortelli of various types. We tried the ones with nettles and the ones with mushrooms. Excellent! Main courses and starters only with meat. In my opinion this is the only flaw. Simple but attentive and discreet service. Definitely affordable prices.

30/07/2024: In my opinion one of the best bars to stop for breakfast. I've never tried it for lunch but in the morning if you want quality, freshness of the products (with the possibility of being able to eat fried dumplings at the moment), kindness and an honest price this is the right place.

19/01/2025: To all those who know me and who know how I am used to eating... even today a culinary emotion. Francesco, the Chef, gave us "delight, flavor and taste" for his cod vertical dish! To all lovers of these dishes I highly recommend trying Francesco's cuisine. Starter: cod croquettes... the first verse of the poem, accompanied by fresh radicchio. First course: cod dumplings...poetry takes shape. Second course: slice of cod on artichoke cream and Jerusalem artichoke... the poem ends and... even if the weather outside is gray the soul is happy!!! See you soon Francesco and staff!

12/01/2025: I would like to point out that we did not stay in the hotel and therefore cannot evaluate it. We purchased a 2-hour SPA program in the wellness center for 4 friends. Well difficult to deal with such rude people. Absence of smiles, unfriendly manner from the first moment. Well, let's go into the locker room. Are we kidding? A "luxury" place where there isn't even a chair to sit on and you change standing on top of each other!? not to mention the fact that with only 2 showers we even had to queue to wash ourselves? Not even the municipal swimming pool... Okay, let's move on. We arrive at the SPA, nothing to say about cleanliness and adequate structure but be careful!!! don't expect a real SPA, it's the classic hotel minispa, very small and with just the essentials. Anyway, let's move on again, after all we are here to spend a nice afternoon with friends. No, this is not possible because in the room with the hydromassage (basically the only place where you can stay for a long time because I challenge anyone to stay in the sauna for a long time to roast) you cannot talk except whispering because it is evidently not soundproofed and talking would disturb you who does the massage upstairs. FOLLY. Fix the structure, it can't be a guest problem if you can hear what's happening downstairs in the massage room. Or put on some damn relaxing music because relaxing doesn't mean you're dead. But even here we would have come to terms with it if it weren't for the fact that we were reprimanded several times in a rude manner by an operator who perhaps thinks she is the governess of a Swiss boarding school. Well, once we're ready to go we want to at least clarify the situation. But we find ourselves in an empty reception, or rather with 2 poor desperate people who have been waiting for 45 minutes to be able to pay. They knocked on all the doors, called, activated the sauna alarm (without anyone worrying) but nothing, the desert. After a long wait, an operator comes down the stairs and says that they were busy giving massages and that's why they weren't there. Conclusion: if the place is not suitable for groups but only for couples then don't accept reservations like this... and in any case there are differences between a spa and a Zen center. It would be enough to specify that entry is only allowed to mummies.
