22/05/2025: We stopped to eat at this place almost by mistake, during a motorcycle ride.
We ate very well and with honest prices.
Thanks to the owner and the staff, all good and helpful.

02/02/2025: Historic pizzeria in the upper Valtrebbia, it is located in Fabbrica, a small hamlet in the municipality of Ottone. Very kind and friendly managers, welcoming and rustic environment, above all wonderful pizza, higher and more homely than the thin ones we are used to. They often also have bitters or grappas of their own production or in any case artisanal. Excellent prices. Must try!

19/05/2025: We only drank coffee and tea. During that time the toilet was cleaned twice. Other guests were treated very generously with an incorrect order.
19/05/2025: Love this place went back 3 times and the tiramisu was what brought us back. I would love the recipe if the chef is willing to give up his secrets!!! We will be back

19/11/2024: Tutte le estati ci torniamo.. almeno da 30 anni. I tranci di pizza a cena non deludono mai, si è chiaro che sono aumentati i prezzi...ma dove non sono aumentati ????
La cucina casalinga la si può assaporare solo a mezzogiorno, i loro primi sono deliziosi, i secondi con gli arrostiti fanno sentire a casa, il servizio è sempre attento.
Vale la salita dal fondovalle.
