In which to enjoy an excellent raw S.ilario with at least 36 months of maturation together with culaccia and culatta di San Secondo. Along with mature parmesan and other delicacies such as their own homemade tortelli frolli with plum jam. As well as a wide choice of local and non-local wines. You can also stop for a coffee and a slice of cake.
It is possible to do the shopping and take home ready-made gastronomy dishes.
The owner is an excellent person, kind and helpful. Recommended place for those looking for authenticity and old school traders

I advise those who write negative reviews to think twice before criticizing the staff, who put all their effort into serving the customer. Then criticizing girls who have been working for a short time just because they are focused on what they do so as not to make mistakes, outlines the small-mindedness of people who are now only capable of judging without thinking that we all started working and made mistakes over and over again, that's how we learn. Rudeness is one thing, shyness is another.
For me, the best ice cream shop in Parma and its province 💪

10/07/2025: Pizza spettacolare, nonostante il cambio di gestione rimane la pizza migliore in zona, anche la cucina è degna di nota( fritto misto super)...

14/06/2025: La pizza mi è rimasta sullo stomaco molto pesante sono stato male tutta la notte poi mi sembra cambiato il personale o i proprietari c'è poca gentilezza e professionalità e non hanno piu scelta di birre senza darti un listino con i prezzi delle birre mi dispiace ma c'è tanto da migliorare...

02/05/2025: Nuovamente tornati in questo locale molto molto ben curato. Titolari sempre gentilissimi. Mangiato la pizza gourmet (che fanno solo il giovedì). Per me per distacco è la più buona di tutte. È un'opera d'arte delle pizze! Consigliatissimi a 5 stelle !!!! Bisognerebbe provarle tutte le pizze ma la Polpo alla fine è sempre la prescelta!
19/01/2025: Ogni tanto torniamo in questo ristorante perché lo riteniamo ottimo come rapporto qualità prezzo. Su prenotazione al venerdì è possibile gustare la paella nuorese, con la fregola al posto del riso, che è STREPITOSA (possibilità anche di ordinarla da asporto). I titolari sono persone gentilissime ed il locale è molto accogliente. I prezzi sono adeguati. Molto buoni anche i dolci. Per noi è Consigliatissimo !

24/06/2025: Non sono una persona che frequenta bar ma consigliata da una amica ho portato a casa il loro gelato, davvero speciale. Penso di ritornarci anche per provare altri prodotti.
