19/01/2025: ZERO DESIRE TO WORK!!!! We arrived on Sunday at 8.45pm together with other people who entered before us and the boy made them sit down to eat, two seconds later we ask if we can sit down too and we are told that unfortunately they were no longer able to serve us because they had turned everything off. Too bad we clearly heard that he would serve them to his acquaintances without any problem! But doesn't the kiosk close at 9pm for everyone?! Congratulations for the desire to work... next time I'll change direction directly without going through the out of sympathy! I'm sorry but having a business I think it's inappropriate to work this way! …and then we complain that we don't work!!! Let's talk about it!!!!

19/01/2025: I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review, but I think it can be useful and that's also the purpose of this feature. For today, Sunday 19 January '25, I had ordered a cake in my name and had appointed a trusted person to collect it from the shop. Unfortunately there was a mix-up: during the telephone order, on Thursday the 16th, the sales assistant made a mistake in writing my surname. So when I picked it up the cake wasn't listed under my real name on the orders. Even though I had also indicated my name, surname and telephone number during the order, the sales assistant present at the time of collection did not prove to be cooperative and above all she proved to be very rude and incompetent in managing the customer. The result was that the person I trusted was treated badly and as a result I found myself embarrassed in dealing with the matter. I hope this review can help improve customer relations and management of unexpected events (which can always happen). Especially since I always choose this pastry shop for the quality, I would like there to be more attention to customer satisfaction too.

13/01/2025: Jazz music: this is an extra star! It feels like being in grandma's living room. Variety and goodness of herbal teas, coffee and pastries. There is a separate area dedicated to wines, which I plan to visit when there are no persecutions and controls for alcohol consumption.

13/01/2025: If you like to experience a vintage atmosphere you can definitely find one here. I was however disappointed about their prices, super expensive, but also the poor experience in serving drinks. Asked for a cognac, got it served on an ordinary glass, not even a napoleon shape, which for how much they charge you for it is the least you would expect. Anyway, the bartender simply asked whether he had to warm the glass, and without waiting for an answer, he assumed that it was a no…anyway, very disappointed, expensive, and very poor service. The only positive I would give to them is the atmosphere they have managed to create, very stylish, retro ‘20s, very pleasant to enjoy.

19/01/2025: We often order from this place, and despite home delivery, the products do not lose quality. The burgers are truly excellent, both in size, taste and quality. Abundant and perfectly salted fries. It's truly a pleasure to order from them.

27/12/2024: Very good pizza; everyone is very kind. The only NEO (it's worth saying) was on the bill. We spent thirty euros and ten cents paying with fifty euros he gave us the rest for the ten cents: a really bad NEO🤣🤣🤣 Other than that.....it's worth it to me!
