21/07/2025: These guys are brilliant! They've been running this restaurant for a few years, located in a small square near the center of Civitella. Convenient parking is available in front of the restaurant. In the summer, you can choose between sitting outside, in a covered, air-conditioned gazebo, or in the indoor dining room at room temperature.
We only had appetizers, but it was worth it. Fried crescentine, piadina, chicken liver crostini, prosciutto bruschetta, panzanella, giardiniera, and eggplant parmigiana. Everything was excellent. Simple dishes made with select, high-quality ingredients. We really liked the idea of listing suppliers on the menu. It shows a great deal of care for the ingredients and the local area. The Mille mosche beer from the Mazapegul brewery, brewed a few kilometers away, is excellent and very suitable for summer weather. Speaking with the very helpful owners, you can sense their passion. The prices are absolutely proportionate to the quality. Highly recommended. Well done guys! Keep it up!
24/06/2025: After a brilliant management in the old restaurant, Piseppo now entrusts his treasures of experience to Filippo and Chiara, perfect hosts. A great wine connoisseur, Filippo and Chiara put on the stage a traditional cuisine with raw materials of absolute excellence. To the great classics of the best Romagna repertoire appropriately revisited only when needed, they offer an excellent pizza, also in the pan version. Careful and without overdoing it, as is intelligent as it is.

It's an old-fashioned trattoria where time has stood still. The rooms, the furnishings... everything is as it once was.
Short and basic menu. Focused on local specialties. Appetizers: crostini. 3 traditional homemade first courses: tagliatelle, cappelletti, tortelloni. Served with meat ragù, ragù with peas, or butter and sage. Main courses: grilled meats with the ever-present sausage, pancetta, mutton, veal. Side dishes: baked vegetables or a fresh mixed salad. Traditional desserts, including a sumptuous zuppa inglese.
The prices are truly from another era. Unrivaled value for money. Convenient parking in front of the restaurant.
What can I say... if you can and aren't from Venice, go there! It's not exactly easy to get to, but it's worth the effort.

05/03/2025: Practically all the summer 2025 weddings that Babi srl had organized in Borgo dei Guidi were canceled (mine is among them).
To date, the deposits have not been returned, in short, everything is very sad and not very correct.
Place to avoid if you don't want inconveniences, given that they are now "playing" at passing the blame between Borgo dei Guidi and Babi Srl.
It happened this year and nothing stops these people from ruining other marriages in the future. AVOID!
05/03/2025: Praticamente tutti i matrimoni estivi 2025 che la babi srl aveva preso presso borgo dei guidi sono stati annullati (il mio è tra questi).
Le caparre ad oggi non vengono restituite, insomma tutto molto triste e poco corretto.
Posto da evitare se non volete inconvenienti, visto che ora "giocano" a passarsi la colpa, tra borgo dei guidi e babi srl.
E' successo quest'anno e nulla vieta a questa gente di far fallire altri matrimoni in futuro. EVITATE!

17/10/2024: Siamo andati con una coppia d'amici, ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo preso i menù consigliati, piatti della cucina romagnala, porzioni abbondanti e cibi fatti bene.
A mio parere ottime le birre che producono e propongono.
Locale molto bello e curato (in quel periodo ospitava una mostra fotografica sui Nirvana, molto bella), servizio rapido e gentile.
Mi è piaciuto molto.
