20/11/2025: I ordered home delivery. I'm giving it one star because the food arrived lukewarm. But colder than hot, so I couldn't eat it. They require you to place an order no less than 30 euros on the website. So...this is the result. 30 euros thrown away. Everything inedible. The rice was mushy and sticky. The soy sauce was sour and tasted like vinegar. I'm sorry, but I won't order home delivery again. For the price, the food can't be delivered cold. You need to have bags that keep the food warm. Otherwise, avoid offering a service that also costs money.

04/11/2025: I bought a bag from this place through Too Good To Go. They gave me cookies that were obviously old and expired: they were rubbery, impossible to bite into. This is a huge disrespect. Too Good To Go's purpose is to offer the day's leftovers, not what should end up in the trash!

Mr. Alfredo, the person the staff appointed to report the matter, doesn't seem to have properly addressed my complaint. Maybe he's used to it? Who knows? But perhaps he should go to Fano, Pesaro, or Rimini, where he could see how it works in other locations. And perhaps get the company to take the necessary corrective measures so we can finally get something hot, even though I believe Laema srl ​​is only interested in the financial aspect. I often travel to Cesena for work, and when I'm in the area, I stop for lunch. The only truly unpleasant thing is that since COVID, the cashier, who has two stations, is always alone during peak periods. The line always gets longer for a variety of reasons, from change to meal vouchers, etc. The result? The food is always cold, and it's not the fault of the staff. Despite the complaints I keep reading here, nothing has changed. They should learn from the Pesaro staff, but... I don't think Laema srl ​​cares that much.

Tips: the wine glasses are trendy but unstable. I really appreciated the compostable plates, but alas, the white balloon floating in the sky is romantic but polluting. You imagine a romantic evening, but in the end, everything is very close. Conclusion: an experience worth having, but perhaps a bit expensive.
