09/03/2026: Spectacular boiled meat. Sure, you have to book months in advance, but the quality is there.
07/03/2026: The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. Excellent cuisine and classy service. The meat cart is of excellent quality and is preceded by a small appetizer and followed by a delicious dessert, always on the house. These details make the customer/restaurant relationship more "alive." The result is a very pleasant atmosphere that encourages return.
