11/10/2025: Kaiserstube offers a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, with wooden furnishings that instantly make you feel like you're in the mountains. The menu is extensive and varied, but the highlight is the traditional Trentino dishes: dumplings, polenta, stew, mushrooms, and local cheeses, all carefully and expertly prepared. The pizzas are also excellent, but the local cuisine is definitely worth trying. The portions are generous, the flavors authentic, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. A place where you can eat (and drink) truly well, where you'll feel at home and will gladly return. A must-see if you're in Canazei.
