16/02/2025: EMBARRASSING. Sunday 16 April, I called the tavern at 1.10pm to ask for the possibility of a table for lunch for 4 people, the possibility was confirmed and I was told a time by them: AT 1.30pm there is no problem. I book, I give my phone number and my name and we calmly head towards the venue. Upon entering at 1.26pm the place appears very full with the waiters super busy in the chaos of the place. Waiting behind a couple who had also booked for the same time, she was bounced because the person taking the reservations DIDN'T KNOW THE PLACE WAS FULL. 2/3 minutes pass and the same response is communicated to me with an apology from the mortified waitress about what happened. Perhaps, it would be the case that the owners of the place or whoever on their behalf, select their employees with more criteria or in the event that the person who answers the phone corresponds to one of the owners themselves, who perhaps, and I underline perhaps, would be the case to change profession.
