It's been 20 years since I've tasted such a well-seasoned and palatable tartare... the food is top-notch... well done...
In my opinion, the service needs improvement... the waitress is experienced and quick, but she can't handle everything alone... her colleagues need to give her more support... in my opinion...
Table linens and lighting need updating...
Anyway, I recommend it, I'll be back.

18/10/2025: A simple place, but the two owners, with their no-frills yet enviably friendly approach, make you feel right at home. The typical Tuscan cuisine reminds me of my dad's. The last stretch of road is bumpy, but don't worry, anyone can get there. It's worth a try; you'll see, you'll be back if you're in the area.

11/10/2025: A very nice experience, the owner was cooking the meat over a wood fire in the large fireplace when we arrived, the bottle of red wine was already on the table and the service was very friendly! We left feeling full!
08/10/2025: Rural atmosphere, owner with a biting but engaging personality (not for everyone)
Peasant cuisine can express something more: I would emphasize the homemade tagliatelle made with excellent quality flour over the industrial pasta found everywhere.
Very good meat, amazing potatoes.
I would replace the bagged salad with vegetables from the beautiful surrounding garden.
A round of applause for the genuinely empathetic waiters.
