10/07/2025: I'm from the area, and unfortunately, when I go out to dinner in the summer near the seaside, I almost always feel—to put it mildly—like a sheep among wolves. The waiter or owner's goal is often to cram as much food into your mouth and onto your bill as possible. Let's not even consider the very Italian bad habit of charging the infamous cover charge (in this case, €3 per person) or adding a liter of water to your bill as if it were three liters of diesel. But oh well, we've sadly gotten used to it. Positives: acceptable, sometimes pleasant food, equally good service, nice location overlooking the harbor. Negatives: that perhaps over two months you're trying to maximize profits by trampling on rights. Excuse the rhyme. So, three appetizers (about €18 each) for five people became six appetizers for five people (about €18 each) because there weren't enough "pieces"—there were four—and so it was easier to bring eight than to add the fifth. But fortunately, the opposite also rarely happens.
07/06/2025: Quite a disappointing experience for the service and food. We waited about 30 minutes to finally order after sitting down, even though we had repeatedly said we were ready to order. Bread served stale. After about 1 hour and 15 minutes, something finally arrives, but only for some of the diners. We wait a few more minutes for the others. Moral of the story: seated at 9:00 pm, we have dinner at 10:30 pm. And this in June. I can't imagine the slowness of the service in August. Exorbitant prices for the quality of the food, which is normal. The citrus-flavored fish salad, for example, had no hint of citrus. It was reheated and cooled fish, seasoned with oil and little salt. Let's leave aside the McCain chips... 5 euros... At the supermarket you pay 1 euro and something... What happens in the fantastic fryer to increase the price? Fennel salad with pink pepper... This one too... 5 euros for half a fennel cross dressed with oil and salt. I don't recommend it.
