Fabiana was warmly welcomed, bursting with knowledge about their traditional Sardinian cuisine. The dishes are impressive for their authenticity, made with locally sourced ingredients, including the fantastic cheeses produced in their in-house dairy. Very varied tasting menus to choose from, allowing you to savor the excellent Sardinian cuisine. The service is impeccable, and the wine pairings are top-notch.
