02/06/2025: We went to Fabiana for the first time, beautiful place, the girls were all very kind, we had a little aperitif on the terrace, then lunch...what can I say delicious. Thanks for these delicacies. Too bad we couldn't finish that piglet.. (only because we were so full). Next time we'll start with him.. highly recommended

09/06/2025: le vongole della fregola erano piene di sabbia, i salumi del tagliere non erano freschi perché presentavano un colore molto scuro, un Cameriere in sala da solo a servire tutti i tavoli è poco, risultato che le attese si fanno lunghe

It was the second time we ate here. The meat is of excellent quality. Good selection of dishes, I can only recommend eating here, the service and ambiance are of a high standard.

24/05/2025: The service was great, the staff were very friendly and polite. However, I found the prices a little above the norm. I chose the burger because I had heard that their bread was phenomenal (and indeed it is). But everything else was ok (the meat was nothing special, the cheddar I didn't even taste, you could only taste the carrots). So the prices don't make sense, especially because the chips were chips version, there was no sauce as usual (cheap in making but not in price). Then we were 2 couples with a 2 year old child and they charged the child a 3€ cover charge too.

06/01/2025: Beautiful location in the countryside (unfortunately it closes to move to the city of Alessandria). I had been there on other occasions with friends and work colleagues, I was there at Christmas this year and as always I had a great time. Professional, courteous and very polite staff. The owner who helps in the dining room is really attentive, there was a child at our table and he always took care to ask if he had to prepare an alternative to the menu (I really appreciated this even if I didn't need it). A Christmas menu different from the usual, with truly excellent Sardinian cuisine dishes. The icing on the cake is the quality/price ratio ad hoc.
