05/10/2025: A delightful Sardinian restaurant in Fontanafredda. Alessandro's cuisine is superb, with well-balanced dishes and a wide variety that allows you to explore Sardinian cuisine in its entirety. I believe all the dishes on the extensive but not overly generous menu are worth trying, plus there are seasonal specials. The wine list is interesting and extensive 🍷 The atmosphere is familiar and refined thanks to Margherita's meticulous attention to detail, updating the decor seasonally. Recommended for both romantic dinners and group occasions. A must-try!

30/09/2025: Excellent food, family atmosphere. Chef Massimo and his wife Silvia make you feel at home. The restaurant is small but welcoming, and we'll definitely be back. The trip from Trieste to Udine was well worth it. Congratulations again.
