05/03/2026: A challenging day of skiing under brilliant sunshine is pure luxury. But what's absolutely essential on such a day? That's right – the perfect ending: a true explosion of flavor.
Vives impresses with its rustic, wood-dominated interior, creating a cozy yet inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's cuisine brings modern touches to the plate. The focus is clearly on the flavor of each individual ingredient – no frills, no unnecessary distractions. Instead, high-quality ingredients and precise craftsmanship take center stage.
The spaghetti is cooked perfectly al dente, supported by a wonderfully intense shellfish essence that brings out the flavor beautifully, with elegant clarity. The venison saddle is tender and aromatic. The meal concludes with a chocolate dream that perfectly captures the essence of the day's skiing and the surrounding mountain scenery.
The service is equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and courteous. You immediately sense that a well-coordinated team works together here – both in the front of house and in the kitchen. The personal conversation with the chef was particularly enjoyable. He boasts an impressive resume, having learned and developed his style in outstanding kitchens.
A clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates excellent craftsmanship and authentic flavor. Even a trip from the surrounding area is definitely worthwhile.
04/03/2026: This is my second time dining at this restaurant. It's a traditional setting, respecting seasonal produce and showcasing local produce. The dishes are harmonious and meticulously crafted, bursting with flavor. The portions are generous, allowing you to try other dishes without feeling overwhelmed. The staff are professional and very friendly. Renis, with her smile, told us the story of the wine we ordered. She's incredibly knowledgeable, as was the other woman who served us. What I appreciated most about this experience was that Chef Daniele came over to ask us how we enjoyed our dinner and chatted with us. We really appreciated it, something you only see in Michelin-starred restaurants these days. We'll definitely be back and will definitely recommend it to others.

21/02/2026: We visit this restaurant often and can honestly say it's one of our favorites, a definite recommendation.
The service is very kind, attentive, and friendly. The decor is a bit rustic, even a little old-fashioned, but that's precisely what makes it special.
The food is always very good: I especially recommend the mussels and the fillet steak! For dessert, the tiramisu is always a real treat.
Reservations are highly recommended, as the restaurant is always very busy!
12/01/2026: We chose a fish soup and a gratinated scallops appetizer because other dishes had a 30-minute wait. Instead, our order arrived after at least 45 minutes, with a hair wrapped around the fish soup. This is something that really disgusts me, so I didn't have the heart to fish it out and show it to the waiter (who could have done it himself if he wanted), nor did I want to argue with another waitress who promptly came over to tell me there was nothing in the kitchen and that she could go check it herself. As if a customer, after a 45-minute wait, would have fun leaving half of their meal on their plate by inventing a hair. We were charged in full for the dish, or €30 for a fish soup that, given its flavor and content, even without the hair, wasn't worth it. The tiramisu was very good, but for me it was a negative experience, more because of the waiters' attitude than the accident itself, which can happen. They could have just apologized and offered a discount.
